IHOP - Breakfast restaurant in Spokane - 14706 E Indiana Ave, USA

I came in with my husband at 1:10 the other day for a quick breakfast. There was a wait when we got there, no biggie. About 10 mins in we get greeted and seated. It felt like every table was full. Our server was doing her best. It took a while to get our order in and for the food to come out. I ordered their savory crepes. I've had their sweet crepes before without complaints. I don't know what was wrong with the batter or if it was made too thick but I essentially got pancakes with pesto on them. If I didn't think it would take another 30 minutes to cook more food, I would have asked for something else. Spongy, cakey crepes. Gross. I ate the filling and my sides. Took my L and left.

Customer service was no greet at all. Party of 6 so the waitress was upset. Waited 1 hour for our food. Took the creamer did not bring any more back. Earn respect before you get it. Also let us know it was her day off so using position for power also bringing personal problems to work so they didn't let us finish we have 3 hour drive home so wow. Table next to us got water and waitress assumed we were rude. How? when only thing we asked for was creamer the whole time. Had to call another IHOP to complain these employees obviously run it them self My boyfriend did not even get to eat his country fried steak as our son was being a 5 year old. Photo speaks for its self. No customers but wow. Probably spit in our food too... DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE BLACK HAIR! Found out their racist. Dare you to send a white family and other race to compare.. watch and learn.

We stopped in for breakfast. What a good choice. Restaurant was very clean. We were greeted as soon as we came in. Sat us down right away. Drinks and menu. Ordered off seniors menu. Had the sampler. One egg, one pancake, hash browns, one piece of bacon, one piece of sausage, one piece of ham. Just the right amount. Just over 10.00$. Hash browns were cooked to perfection and hot . The waitress was very good. She come over a few times to check on us. Should have got her name. But she’s been there a while as noticed with her small talk to regulars. Glad we stopped.

To-go order was quoted to be ready at 10:11 wasn't ready til 10:38. I order the eggs Benedict bacon with potato squares and they gave me hashbrowns and ho hollandaise.. after waiting for so long, then finding my order was wrong :( I'm soooo disappointed. And it's kinda gross tasting.

12 people in our family group. We come here usually once a week for dinner. Good service, and we all like the food. Prices are good too.

Went to breakfast this morning with the family and our server Christine was phenomenal, best server I’ve ever had and you can tell she really cares about her job and is amazing at it. Great service and great food. Best location I’ve been to.

Our waitress was fantastic, the portions were good, and the food was hot. I gave it a 4 on atmosphere because one side of the restaurant had chairs on the table because it wasn't being used. We thought the restaurant had closed. I think it would be more inviting to have that section roped if not in use.

My daughter and I went to IHOP which we typically enjoy the food and service but yesterday was anything but. I ordered a mushroom and cheese omelette and received a spinach omelette. I told the server that she and she argued with me. I did not want to wait for another omelette and when my daughter paid she did not thank her or look at her. She complained to the other staff in front of myself and other customers. She had been making mistakes throughout our visit with other customers orders too. Not one apology only a angry statement that she is human.
