IHOP - Breakfast restaurant in San Fernando - 1225 Truman St., USA

If there food isn't over cooked, it's questionable. I have never appreciated seeing other people get served after I've already been sitting there waiting. Coordination seems off. Everyone gets crammed into a corner of the building while everything is open. The building is falling apart. I tried to get out of the bathroom and the handle fell off I'm not sure they know how to cook pancakes. Mine tastes like salt and raw batter. They weren't even cooked. I made a raw batter snow man

Not the same Ihop I always had , the coffee is cold, pancakes not good also, service was poor,hard to get waiters attention .

Nice location,one of the best places to have breakfast, waiter had great customer service!!!!

By Darren Chaker - I do not frequent IHOP but after finally coming here I must say I do not remember it being so good years ago. The food was great, coffee wonderful, and staff was on top of every request!

I understand when restaurants are busy, but our waitress was not very attentive. We saw her maybe 2 or 3 times? And when our food was brought out, she dropped it and ran. I called out after her, but she was gone. Also, due to the busy busy (I'm assuming), the quality of the food was inconsistent. The biscuits were great, and the amount of food we got was pretty good. But one stack of pancakes was overdone, another Specialty item did not have a lot of filling and toppings comma and another specialty item add almost non existent icing on top. Which is one of the reasons why we come to ihop because of their fun specialty sweet items they have. But it was pretty disappointing. We will probably be back to try again, Just during a different meal time or different Day.

We didn't have to wait long to be seated even though it was Sunday morning. The food was good, the service was a little slow though but probably because it was Sunday. The meat was a little tough. Overall it was good. Also the parking is a little difficult there.

I came in Tuesday night with my family last week and had a great experience, although I was doubting about coming in since my last visit wasn't all that great, I gave it a second chance and everything was great, the food the service my server was Veronica and even tho she seemed to be running the restaurant on her own with no help she never lost her smile and was very helpful also followed our very particular orders. Definitely coming back and looking forward to be served by Veronica once again!

I normally dont write bad reviews but i just had to this time. Pancakes were nasty and they were falling apart as I was cutting them. The top of the pancakes even came off as u can see in the pictures😏
