Terrible experience, we eat here about once per month and this was by far the worst. Eggs were all over hard, even the benedict, but somehow everything also managed to be room temp. Ordered a side of pancakes which should have been $4, instead it as $9. When I complained about the food the server said "it took longer then I expected so that makes sense". I asked for a manager on my way out but after waiting for 5 min we just left and I wrote corporate. $60 for 2 adults and 1 child without tip.
Had a delicious breakfast dinner here the other night. Typical IHOP experience, but the waiter we had was extremely attentive and always made sure our drinks were filled. Unfortunately, I did not get his name. However, all of the staff (from what I saw) had the same level of attentiveness. I would hold them all to an extremely high level of service. I would gladly return to this specific location, if I'm ever, in the mood for IHOP. Thank you once again for giving me more than an "ordinary" experience! I would highly recommend the Colorado paired with the strawberry and banana pancakes! Special thank you again to Patty and Felipe! Your service was beyond exceptional 👏
Loved this IHOP ❤ IN COLORADO BEAUTIFUL DECORATING FOR CHRISTMAS 🎄 WE HADNTHE 55+ MENU GREST PRICE & FOOD FUN ATOMOSPHERE 😋
everything is overpriced on the menu. the biscuits and gravy didn’t have even close to the right amount of gravy and the crepes were pictured covered in sauce and they had none. first and only visit to this iHop. Terrible experience. The plate pictured was $18 and had to ask for more sauce since little was given to begin with. Powdered eggs. Just avoid this place and cook yourself a nice breakfast at home
What is not to like about IHOP? I feel like it's such a simple place but it is a staple in this country. So many important family memories were made here. I just had breakfast here with my wife and her family before we left our hometown back to our new home in Portland. It was a great experience as always. The breakfast was excellent. The service was 10 out of 10. They change up the menu often but they keep the classics as well.
Enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Always love their pancakes, and wish the syrups were as good. I'm sure it's a matter of cost, but would be nice to have real maple syrup and fruit syrups. Senior menu is much smaller than it used to be, but regular prices are still very reasonable.
This store is an absolute nightmare.
We waited 20 minutes before someone came by to greet our table and order our drinks. And after waiting 45 minutes for our food, the serve brought out the wrong food saying he made a mistake when ringing it up. No big deal, mistakes happen and the server told us he would take my food off our bill, which was a nice gesture. So we waited another 15 minutes for my food to come out. When we received our bill we were very confused because they charged us for the food that the server rung up by mistake, that I hadn’t ordered. When we asked the server about it he brought over the manager. The manager Kailee had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She aggressively came up to our table, flung a menu in my husbands hands, and was extremely condescending telling us that they were discounting the food I didn’t order to match the price of the food that I did order. She didn’t come up to our table to resolve the confusion and right the situation, she came over with a power trip trying to assert her dominance.
We were never upset with the serve because mistakes happen and he was extremely apologetic. What really got me to write this review was the aggressive and unprofessional management.
IHOP is one of the consistent above-average restaurant customer experiences. Service is usually spot on and the food meets expectations. Wait times are justified and the atmosphere is predictable. The menu is broad enough for the group and narrow enough for the indecisive.
The downside to the new menu... Why on earth does one buttermilk biscuit on the side cost more than four links of sausage or four pieces of bacon as a side item though a full biscuit and gravy meal cost only three times as much with two eggs, two sausage, two bacon, and hash browns?
Buttermilk biscuit pricing should be reassessed.
Surprisingly this was my first waffle house dinning experience. And I have to say I'm glad I stopped in. I decided for a sit down breakfast rather than the grab n go gas station or fast food spots while I was traveling south. This waffle house was no
The best CrossFit gym and community. You always feel welcome. No matter your past experience of fitness the coaches are always willing to help and meet you where youâre at. Be careful. This sport/gym is addicting!!

My son is enjoying himself, learning a lot, and love going to "fight" each week. It used to be hard to get him to get out of the house and do stuff and now he's constantly asking to go.
