Firstly, this was my third and final chance to redeem IHOP as a valid choice of breakfast. Secondly, I had high hopes based on the community here in Springhill. Well, I tried the new Eggs Benedict, and they appeared scrumptious until I bit in....the eggs were so runny that the whites weren't even all white! Lastly, my significant other didn't even eat her breakfast sampler. The bacon wasn't crispy. They never asked her preference. The toast was barely toasted and had no butter? She didn't even get butter with. Finally, the eggs had cold cheese on top, not melted. In all, our meal was minimal at best, although it didn't come close to warrant the overpriced expense! The best part about our experience was the very courteous waitress as she kept apologizing for the meal and took off her entire plate from our bill. I tipped her solely based on her courteous attitude. However, IHOP? I'M DONE! The owner provided a prompt response. However, I'm unable to copy and paste the provided link.
Our waiter had a great attitude and was super friendly. Food was hot and tasty, and came out quick. My bf wishes the sirloin tips had more of a crust, and we dealt with a check mishap which left a star off but other than that we would come back!
This is one of the best IHOP I have been to with fast and friendly service. The food was served up hot and delicious. The restaurant is very well maintained. Our server, Lisa, was attentive and cheerful. The managers, Jim and Renee, were on site and working hard to ensure that guests have a good experience. We will definitely be returning customers. Immediately prior to this meal, we had tried another location down in SA, where we were seated and ignored for 15 minutes before leaving. I am glad we went to the Singing Oaks location.
Great place. Easy parking, friendly people, lots of interesting menu options. Really like having a themos of coffee on my table. Clean and bright inside. Music was a little loud but I liked it, would have been miserable otherwise. New menu: Some new eggs Benedict options BUT smaller print Biscuits on the menu. I had the Spinach/mushroom omelette (very tasty) Our waiter was really great.
First time visiting this location. Instantly greeted with a smile from Renee. Food and service were excellent. Jim also checked on us after we got our food. Highly recommend this location and we’ll definitely be back.
I’ve been coming here since the opening. This visit was extremely disappointing as they are no longer 24 hour diner and opens at 6am on weekdays. I just drove 30 mins from San Antonio to dine here before work. What a joke this location’s management is. Your success in Spring Branch was the fact that you were the ONLY 24 diner. Taco trucks open at 6am, even your competitor across the parking lot At Chi Wawa opens at 6.
We were on our way to a late night run to Taco Hell when I got the "sweet" idea to go to IHOP instead... My husband immediately said they weren't open when I reminded him they're open 24/7/365. .. which he still doubted. 🤔 So I called and was greeted by an energetic Renee who confirmed the above and asked if we'd be coming in for the night and let me know about the "65th anniversary ALL-YOU-EAT pancakes for only $5!" I repeated everything Renee just said aloud to my husband like an overly excited wanna be cheerleader (... never made the squad, flashback). At which time my husband flipped a U-turn so quick I nearly got whiplash!!! Renee was there at the hostess stand to greet us when we approached the front doors. The parking lots were clean and well lit on a Thursday night at 11:30ish... Renee gave us our choice of seating and we compromised on a half booth (me)/ half chair (grumppa) and put in our order. Food came out quickly and I tried a new blue drink Renee recommended with blueberries and strawberries in it. "Razzle something-delicious!" Even our to-go pancakes for the kiddos were so neatly packed like some genius Sugar Engineer! We will most definitely be back as we only live 10 min away and this was only my second time in an IHOP in the past 7y!!! Renee you literally changed my mind about IHOP! I can honestly say I love IHOP again and will bring the kiddos next time to start their IHOP memories. My only complaint I'd the cheap silverware which makes guests think you don't trust them with the good silver-look-alike stuff. And a request to add or bring back a Blueberry milkshake if anyone with any authority reads this most excellent review. P.S. I'm also going to add a 5 star ***** review on Yelp for all you fellow Yelpers out there in Google Land! #jesuslives8 Thank you Renee & Jim from Dawn Marie and Thomas.
My wife and I decided to go for the first time to the new IHop restaurant close to our house in Spring Branch on a Sunday at 3PM. We are both over 55. I ordered an omelet with a side of bacon, hashbrowns and a lemonade. My wife ordered the classic Eggs Benedict with water. The Eggs Benedict were flavorful, but the yolk was overcooked and hard. My omelet was good. Although there were few people dining at the time, we had to wait for our bill. When we were checking out, I noticed the BIG sign hanging in the restaurant that said "Senior Discount Guests 55+ Buy one entree and two beverages and get the 2nd entree FREE every day 3-6 PM dine in only. When I asked our server if we qualified for the free entree, he said since my wife did not order a drink, we did not qualify for the discount. Obviously, my wife would have ordered a cup of coffee had we known a beverage qualified us for a free entree. Our server never informed us of this when we placed our order and our server seemed very indifferent when we asked about it at check out. Our first visit to an IHop after 10 years was not positive.
My wife and I really enjoyed this restaurant. The staff was very friendly, service was quick (only a 20 minute wait to be seated at 6pm on a Saturday night), and the food was delicious. We had chips and queso as an appetizer which was very good. I ha
I'm giving five stars even though they were prioritizing drive-through customers, and those of us inside the restaurant had to wait even to be acknowledged. Despite a wait, the employees were genuinely nice and gave great service when it finally came
It's a beautiful, well-kept state park. They have so many camping sites. The shower house is big, old but nice. There are so many hiking trails and beautiful rivers. We saw a family of deer when driving to the campground.
We love this store! It offers a wonderful variety of everything you'd need from a grocery store and more, it has a pharmacy, and it has amazing staff that provide fantastic customer service. And it was fun and entertaining at Christmastime, too. Than
Absolutely love the atmosphere! The drink are divine. I tried 4 different bourbon drinks and they are some of the best hand crafted cocktails I've ever had! Also I'm very pick when it comes to an Old Fashion and theirs was by far top notch. All barte
Excellent chips and salsa. Excellent food. Very reasonably priced. Mexican ice cream cooler for dessert was a nice treat. Very glad we doubled back and stopped in while visiting Guadalupe River SP.
What an awesome sports park. So many different sports fields/courts... There are always various teams/leagues practicing on well maintained facilities. Great concession, food trucks on the weekends for little league games. The only things it's missin
We are in the area for the winter months. We really enjoy experiencing everything local - stores, pubs, restaurants...you get the picture. We have passed by Max's Roadhouse quite a few times and decided yesterday was the day to stop by and have an ea

There was nothing wrong with the service person. In fact, the hostess was very sweet and professional. However, the wait was about twice as long as expected. But I like the food there, so I doubt if this wait will impede my future visits!!
