Easy to find parking. Plenty of parking spots. Was seated right away. Really slow service. Waited 30 minutes for our server to attend to us and waited an hour for our food but still messed up one of our orders. If you have all the time in the world to wait come to this ihop branch, if not, then skip this location at all cost. Server was also difficult to reach when you need anything.

Came here on a Tuesday around 4pm. Due to the time, I was the only on there. ELIZABETH, the host and server was SOOOOOOOO great! Great attitude, attentive, and her VIBE! So energetic! Made a plus in my day! I had the happy hour special, and can't go wrong with a burger and pancakes! The soda was a little off. There wasn't much carbonation.. but besides that! A+++

This place has been serving the community for years! Ever since they tore down the Baby's R Us and split the entire lot up into these different businesses. This IHOP has never disappointed me! I am surprised with the pancake syrup offering being drastically reduced, but the Old Fashioned Syrup is just fine! They DO need to be more gentle with the utensils though, but still not a deal breaker! Good food, awesome staff! And the old 60s-70s music while you eat is interesting. Food came out right when the Shaft theme came on. "🎼Can you dig it? 🎵" Yes, I'm digging into my food right as you serenade me!

Elizabeth is absolutely AMAZING!!! She’s Such a welcoming, attentive, loving, Bubbly personality. From the moment my family walked in she made us feel welcomed. Such a kind-hearted woman. The food was delicious and came out quickly. Thank you, Elizabeth.

My experience at iHop was disappointing. The food quality, particularly the French toast, fell short with a soggy texture and lack of fluffiness. Despite specifying no sugar in the hot chocolate, it was added both times. Overall, it was a subpar experience, marked by poor food quality and miscommunication.

First time at this IHOP and our experience was the best! Our server was Elizabeth and she’s just the absolute sweetest! ❤️ We will definitely be coming here again! Thank You Elizabeth for making us feel at home 🥰🥰

I was pleased with the overall experience. The staff exhibited a high level of friendliness and hospitality, thereby creating a welcoming ambiance. Furthermore, the service was expedient, which was of paramount importance to me given my time constraints. Regrettably, there was a minor oversight with my order, as one of the requested items was omitted. However, I promptly notified the staff of the omission, and they were quick to rectify the error. The missing item was expeditiously retrieved and brought to my table without further delay. In light of the aforementioned experience, I am happy to recommend this iHop.

Duuuude craft cheese on the Philly cheese steak, no grilled onions and bell peppers!!! Place looks like a coffee house and trendy but I remember when this place was so good. And parking was hell around here so take that how you may.
