I wanted to try this IHOP in Grass Valley because i have not been here in years. I ordered the classic bteakfast that comes with a scrambled egg and bacon and hash browns along with one pancake for 9.79. The coffee is good and you get a small pot for 3.79. They do have wallet friendly items. JOSE the server was friendly and accommodating!
Just as expected, the food was good and the service was outstanding. The wait staff were quick to seat us and take our orders, friendly and professional. A nice, quiet spot for breakfast or "brinner" when you're in Grass Valley.
The food was just as average as you would expect. The ladies room smelled horrid. It was so bad, that another patron propped open the door to air ir out before we left. The service was awkward. Victoria was nearly silent. I asked for boxes. She delivered them without a word a stood there with her hand out while I scraped my leftovers into a box. I even said, "oh, I guess I should hurry. I'm being pressured to finish up." My fiance just gave her a questioning look. She said nothing. Just continued to hold her hand out toward my plate until I was done. Then she left for several minutes. After, I used the restroom a second time, my fiance used the men's room. Then Victoria came back and asked if I would like a bag for our boxes of leftovers. I said, "yes, please." I watched her walk to the supply area behind our row of booths. She flung open the plastic bag and slowly walked over with the bag carefully held open. She approached the table. Stood there for a moment. Then carefully placed the open bag on the table. Mind you, the plastic bags are flimsy. Very thin. It started to droop, so she reopened the bag with both hands and stepped back. She stood there, staring at the bag as I put our two boxes in. It was a very strange experience.
Very clean establishment. We were greeted and seated right away. Our waitress immediately asked us for our drink order. A couple minutes later, she came back with them and promptly took our order. Food came out quickly, hot and delicious. It was snowing outside and maybe that's why there wasn't a breakfast rush, but there were quite a number of tables occupied. It has a nice atmosphere with the snow right outside the window. One family left before we had finished our meal and I saw our waitress disinfecting their table for the next customers. I was impressed to see them upholding such cleanliness and care in sanitizing--something that has slacked off a bit now that the pandemic appears to be tapering off. With that said, it's a great place for a breakfast stop.
This location was very quiet when we dined in. Not more than 10 people dining. Our order wasn't taken for 20 minutes. Ended up asking for one of the orders to go because it was taking too long. Later found out they didn't put the order of Hash Browns in the to-go order. The waitresses were very nice.
We stopped in for some Sunday breakfast 🍳🥞 we had the MonteCristo wrap and an I international pancake 🥞 Combo. The food was great 👍 but the service we received from Ms Savannah was amazing 👍👍 thank you! We will definitely be coming back.
Waitress was very friendly, prompt, and accommodating. Cook did a wonderful job preparing dinner.
Ordered berry crepes and they sent plain crepes - told me that it was my mistake while ordering. I ordered again to be fair, ordering banana and strawberry crepes. I got soggy crepes with just strawberries. Not good.
This is one of my favorite breakfast places! We had family in from out of town and met for breakfast/lunch - a party of 8. We were seated right away and served quickly. Half the group all ordered the fried chicken sandwich. Holy cow! They looked amaz
Loved this coffee shop and bakery! We walked in and the place smelt absolutely amazing. The customer service was great as she helped lead us through some of the fresh options just out of the oven and discussed some of the homemade syrups. Definitely
This was one of the safest and most prosperous gold mine in state of California. Established around 1850s, the mine produced 165 tons of gold during its operation, has 11,000 feet deep and 367 miles long passages. This was a hard rock mine where rock
Stopped here today, what a great experience. Our docent, Larry, was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. So much to see we will have to visit again. Look forward to taking family on this excursion.

Amazing food and service! Wyatt is a busser but essentially acted as Rafaelâs assistant - 2X the service and it made all the difference. Thanks for the great Christmas Eve dinner. Everything was sublime.
Phenomenal food and experience. Fresh pita bread is baked daily on the spot. Hands made falafel like you would expect in an authentic Mediterranean restaurant. A real gem in Grass Valley!
