If you are coming here for a course at FLW, please check you IHG account to ensure that you are NOT staying at the Warrior Lodge. Attempt to change your lodging to the Candlewood or the Holiday Inn on post ASAP. Since my arrival in late Feb, the A/C in our building has broken 6 times. I’ve called Maintenance or management for ALL instances. Every time there seems to be a different reason as to why the chiller unit can’t seem to be fixed or why it’s down. This is an old converted barracks (and it still has a barracks ‘feel’ to it)— not really understanding why the Army chose this building to keep on board for a hotel because it has so many issues. Housekeeping is nearly non existent. There used to be two ‘services’ a week: one ‘light touch’, and one ‘full clean’. They have since gone down to one ‘full clean’ a week. I understand that there have been staffing shortages for the Warrior Lodge, however— there is no excuse for many of the simple items that they have over looked/ refused to do. I have called management at the Warrior Lodge and asked for house keeping to come in several times for an extra clean, or extra amenities, but the problems persist week after week. For example: Housekeeping has re-made the beds without sheets changes (estimated time was two weeks before new sheets were put on) Kitchenette/ microwave and bathroom was still dirty after ‘full clean’ day. Towels and toilet paper were not provided, and had to be called for on multiple occasions. Toiletries were provided the first week I arrived, and then not again until the 3rd month I’ve been here. I had to chase someone down for a shower curtain for my room Floors are not vacuumed during the ‘full clean’ that is supposed to be occurring One last note (for full transparency if someone is staying here for the first time): Rooms are SUITES, you will have a roommate, you will share a bathroom. There is a refrigerator, and a microwave in your ‘suite’ with no way to cook, unlike the Holiday Inn or Candlewood. Overall, my time here has not been so great. Do not recommend.

Rooms smell like sweat, reported multiple times, front desk sent cleaner to spray febreeze and left. Instead of switching to other room. Doesn’t allow the Soldiers to use the amenities like the kitchen and day room, claim it’s due to cleanliness but instead the workers can trash the place, which is okay, right?! Rude front desk clerk, (the male).. snobby attitude and unprofessional. Sucks that we are forced to stay here when it’s obvious the Candlewood doesn’t give a damn about the Enlisted Soldiers like they do the Commissioned ones!

Pros: -Air Conditioned -Close to Dinning facility -Some wifi -1st generation LCD TV with cable Cons: -Turndown service is only once a week -Surfaces in rooms don't get cleaned every week. -Carpet hasn't been vacuumed in the 3 weeks I've been here. -shower, toilet, and "kitchen" is shared -kitchen is a refrigerator and microwave -no plates, cups, or utensils -rooms stay humid despite running the air conditioning and using a fan for air exchange. -the common area lounge is closed and only used for staff to organize laundry and take breaks. No where for group study or relaxation outside of the barracks cubicle. -bathroom sink constantly drips both from the faucet and P-trap. -hotel staff leave big bags of soiled laundry by the entrance to the stair well. -no elevator -no janitor closet for you to get supplies to clean your own room. -asked for a coffee cup from the main building and was told no but, that I could use as many Styrofoam cups as I wanted. Could reduce cost IMO. If you have the ability to get the government rate anywhere else, take it!

If you are staying here for more than a week, I highly suggest finding a different place to stay. There was a lot of black mold, the circuit breakers consistently popped, and the heat did not work. I consistently called the front desk and whenever I inquired about these issues, I was met with the classic: "Yeah, we'll get right on that," only to never actually get help. The heat blows straight cold air, and my room got down to the low 50s for weeks at a time. I voiced these concerns multiple times, and nothing was ever done. Not a bad place, it's a military post, but I'd recommend staying elsewhere, such as Morelli Heights or Candlewood. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful, though.

I stayed here while attending my son-in-law's AIT graduation. I had a living room, kitchenette, spacious bathroom and bedroom all to myself. With a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot and garbage disposal, I had everything I needed to feel right at home. There was plenty of hot water both for the shower and sink (amazingly enough some hotels don't have much hot water available at their sinks!) but hot water was abundant here. A great hot breakfast was included as well. I can't say enough great things about my stay. I highly recommend staying here.

Rooms are comfortable enough. Amenities provided are in line with a standard hotel room. The major reason for my 2 star review is, they need to do something about their Internet. When nobody is on its descent, but at night, and on the weekends, it’s awful slow. Speed tested at 2mbps. You can’t do ANYTHING on a connection like that. I feel like it’s 2000 all over again in my dial up connection. I think some updates need to be done to ensure your guests are taken care of. This is extended stay lodging after all.

You sleep in a cubby hole and have to share a “kitchen” (literally just a fridge and microwave) and bathroom with a stranger. Place needs to be bull dozed. AC doesn’t work. They make you go to a completely different hotel for the complimentary breakfast. DONT STAY HERE!!!

Terrible experience. Heat went out three times during my stay in the middle of winter. They tout a breakfast but the hours that it is run makes it unavailable if you are taking any courses at FLW. Nothing on weekends. When you can get to eat it is just rolls, cereal and yogurt. The exercise room is a joke. Beds are flimsy Army beds with no box spring, just a mattress on a spring frame. Even if you stay here on orders, I'd seriously consider paying for a room and eating the cost.

Can't say much about the food today, but I have eaten food from there before, and it is what I would expect. Service was great, but not the coffee I ordered. I was going to try something different for a change, but they gave me the Pike Place coffee,
