I recently stayed at the IHG hotel in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, and overall, my experience was quite positive. The room was clean and seemed recently remodeled, giving it a fresh and modern feel. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the choice of pillows, ranging from firm to soft, catering to different preferences. The hotel staff was a standout aspect of my stay. They were incredibly polite, upbeat, kind, and cheerful, making the atmosphere very welcoming. The pool out back was a pleasant surprise; it's easy to miss if you don't notice the sign in the elevator, but it was a lovely feature. One minor issue was the air conditioner, which initially didn't feel strong but worked well once it got going. This is due to an energy-saving feature that turns off the unit when you're out of the room, which is understandable and it did keep the room cool enough throughout the night. The gym, though small, had a decent selection of equipment, including dumbbells and cardio machines, which I appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options including oatmeal, bananas, yogurt, boiled eggs, omelets, and muffins. It was also a treat to have Costa coffee, a rare find in the U.S. There were a couple of downsides. The shower had low water pressure, though the nozzle was good enough to make up for it. More notably, one of the elevators was out of service during my stay and was never fixed, which became problematic when the other elevator also went out temporarily. However, the hotel staff was quick to address the issue. In conclusion, what you see is what you get with this IHG hotel. While there were a few minor inconveniences, the overall experience was pleasant and worth the stay. I would consider staying here again.
One step in the room I had the leave the room had a horrible smell and asked for refund. They stuck a family of six in 2 beds when I ordered 4 beds. Place looks like the I entered the projects.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Rooms are out dated, a/c is making more noise than a fighter taking off and THE EMPLOYES ARE STEALING VALUABLE ITEMS! If you need to stay, do not use the dryers, they BURNT great amount of my clothes with the coldest program and could have easily set the whole building on fire. No help from anyone to get a refund for the clothes. DO NOT STAY!
Serena was so kind and hospitable, she was very helpful for the duration of my stay :) 5 stars
I can’t sleep! I have an headache. Sounds like an airfield in my room. And when I turn it off! I can hear the unit next door. I wouldn’t let my dead dog stay here. Only clean rooms on the 7th day of stay. So for the entire two weeks I was not able to get my room cleaned. Reason: I checked in on Tuesday, but my room only get cleaned on Monday’s (Day 6) therefore I miss the time frame. The next available date is Friday, but I check out on Friday.
DO NOT STAY HERE. The rooms are so old and run down. Our A/C was out in the middle of August, we called the front desk 3 times to try get someone to at least come look at it. They would not even come look at it. The location is good on base but definitely not worth the customer service or the shape the rooms are in.
I’m not even fronting… this place has rats. I’ve been woken up multiple times this week around 3am by the scurrying of these fellas. They come out of the air vent and run around the room at night probably peeing in everything. I keep my room very clean and don’t store food anywhere but the mini fridge. Tried contacting the hotel to move me and the only option they gave me was the first floor of the same building. Also, to top it all off I payed to keep this room over block leave and that’s not getting reimbursed.
Best Hotel, Good rooms i advise. Your best employees are Yeji and Rashel , the front desk employees. Helpful and understanding of her job

I really enjoyed this museum. Three large galleries chock full of artifacts and rich in artillery history. It was nice to learn more about aspects of my husband's job in the army. It was an interesting way to spend an hour or two in the morning.
