The back of my laptop needed to be glued on but the guy said i needed to order a part and he would call when it arrived. He never called so i went in a month later and then he says he needs to order an additional part, i already wasted ~$150.00 and new semester was starting up so i had to leave with it in worse condition because they messed with it but never fixed it.

Everything went as smoothly as anything can. If you have the right people, from the moment I called the Centerreach location I knew all would be fine Sheik answered the phone in a professional manner and quickly reassured me that he knew exactly what was wrong and that I should just bring it in at my earliest convenience and that I would have it back in under an hour! He did all of this and was kind and very reassuring. I’ve been in customer service my whole life! Sheik undoubtedly understands the meaning of that! I will only go to him with any further problems I might have! He made a lifelong customer in me!

The people who work here are absolute thieves and I am considering filing a dispute through small claims court. I paid over $400 for them to replace a screen for me that only lasted two months before it stopped working. Although they proudly state that they offer a 180 day warranty, they refused to fix the screen that they either installed incorrectly or was defected. I should have listened to the other reviews before giving them my money, but it's a hard lesson learned. I'd stay far far away from this place, the employees and owner are complete thieves.

I'm Emily. I have the record in the store. The week before last I went to the store for repairing my phone because the phone accidentally got into water and didn't work. A staff at the store told me it would be ready before 2:30pm. I told him I had to go to work and would pick it up in two days. But when I went to the store for picking up my phone, a stuff told me my phone's problem became complicated and it was sent to lab for diagnosis. I asked how long would it take and he said I would get result the next day and he would call me. I waited and didn't got any call or message. So I went to store the next day. A staff showed me my phone saying they got the phone back from lab and they were waiting for parts. I told him I had already bought a new phone and I was trading this phone for $500 and it would expire at the end of that week. He told me it should be ready in two or three days and he was insure he would send me message or call me. Again I didn't receive any messages or phone calls. Since I was busy with work, I asked my hubby to go to the store to see what happened.  A staff told my hubby my phone was sent to the lab. Lab again? I was totally tired of this and I lost trust in this store. So I asked the phone back without repairing. I waited for another two days and finally got my phone back. When a staff put my phone on my hand, I found the phone was taped everywhere. I asked the staff to remove those tapes. He ruined my screen protector when he forcefully got rid of the glue of the tapes. In the meantime, the trade-in date was expired. Every time I went to the store l met different staff. When I asked about my phone status, they said they have no idea about it and it always took them a long time to reach another staff to ask. I'm So so disappointed about the service offered by this store. Another day I went to a store named "Ubreakifix" at Port Jefferson. A staff told me they would call me the next day. And I received the call the next day telling me my phone was ready and what they did was dehydrating and cleaning. Now I got my phone back. lt works, nice and clean.

The owner of ifix screens is awesome he was very nice, helpful, and price was reasonable. We will always go there to fix our things if they break lol. Thanks for fixing our PlayStation 🙂

Sheikh was absolutely wonderful, we brought in an iPad 9 with a completely shattered screen that was fixed on the same day we brought it in. From this experience I cannot think of a place to better recommend for broken electronics, thanks again Sheikh!

I gave my asus laptop to them to fix the charging problem.At first they told me the problem is with the charger port and it needs to be changed at the cost of 100 dollars. They told me it would take 3 or 4 days to fix it. 4 days passed by I called and they said thay havent fix it to cut the story short 4 days became 14 days. In this period I called them everyday to see what is going on. After 14 days I went there to take my laptop they told me they changed the port but also the charger is broken too and I asked them if you guys fixed it they said we can only order it for you. So was the charger port really even a problem ? god knows. The last thing but not least, after all this the person working there asked me how much they told me it would cost ? I told him 100 dollars he said no it can’t be. he made phone calls with other agent that was responsible for the fixing he alao didnt know. At last he gave me a price by his own without knowing the price of anything of 150 dollars. I suggest that you never go to this place and the staff are also rude.

Although the staff was polite and courteous they were a bit incompetent. Almost 2 weeks before my phone was fixed. And it is still not completely fixed Yes, they replaced the screen but it flickers on and off My speaker cannot maintain a steady volume any longer. Also had to go for over a week with no back cover to my camera. If you have an iPhone or a Samsung, I am sure you will get by just fine. Anything else, you better go somewhere else. I will tell you now, I will never go back there again
