We did an afternoon tasting and had a great time. The wines are earthy and delicious and their covered tent was so nice to sit under in the rain. Bonus we were able to charge our EV while we hung out there!
Idiots Grace is a beautiful little winery hidden away in the Columbia Gorge on the eastern edge of Mosier, Oregon. My wife and I had the fortune of knowing someone who is a member of the Idiots Grace wine club and tagged along with them when they went to pickup a few bottles of wine. I'm a bit of a novice at wine tasting but I've never experienced anything like what's offered at Idiots Grace. We sat outside on a beautiful day in the shade while a wine steward brought us a sample of six wines ranging from white, rose to red. The steward described each wine in detail and mentioned a few other wines she thought we might like. Two of the wines I ended up buying (2020 Marssonne Roysanne & 2020 Dolcetta) came from grapes harvested after the 2020 Oregon wildfires which gave them a bit of a smokey flavor (which I loved). Idiots Grace is a hidden gem and I highly recommend giving it a try.
Wow . I’m so happy we came here today ! The experience was so lovely, we didn’t want to leave.. they have fire pits outside so you can enjoy the outdoors and the staff are so polite. Just overall amazing time. The wine was also delicious.
Extremely friendly and accommodating sommelier, gorgeous natural setting, easy to change your flight to include wines we really wanted to try, not those on the list, very different types of wine ( tastes are very personal of course ), probably our favorite winery in the HR area
I hadn’t been here for years and was amazed by how great the space is now. The wines are distinctive and atypical in the best ways.
We visted this past week and had an incredible time. Caitlyn ?(sorry, super bad with names and should have gotten her card!) hosted us in a beautiful setting and is a CIA graduate and her attention to detail and knowledge was exceptional. Plus, she was/is lovely and super friendly. The wine was DELISH. We were e-biking and split a tasting ( trick learned from prior experience!) and otherwise could have sat there all day. A great experience plus one of the only vineyards that has tasting off season on a Thursday. Do not miss!!
Great tasting, good selection of wine and the tasting room was fantastic
This is our go to winery! Their flagship wine is the Cab-Franc, and it never disappoints. Sophisticated wines, but not pretentious. The tasting room is set on a vineyard/orchard and is a great place to relax and enjoy a tasting. The membership offered is by far the best value, compared to the other wineries in the area.
Lovely, quiet part of the Historic Columbia River Highway Trail away from freeway noise. Watch for divots in the pavement, these indicate rockfall from cliffs above the trail. Donât linger in these areas. Also watch for rattlesnakes in warm weather
Beautiful & serene place. Perfect to visit any time of the year cos the views. We visited during the wild flower season. Planning to visit again for fall. Street parking. Right opposite is Rowena crest so u have 2 spots at one location.
Brenna's is a small store with a good selection of products. Aside from convenience store products, Brenna's also has fresh food products and produce as well as a small deli. It's a great store in the heart of Mosier
Great hike about .24 of mile to falls and another .75 to view point. Parking is by the cemetery there is a spot before you cross the bridge over I would put directions to the pioneer cemetery not actual falls. This place can be windy especially at th
Very nice landscaped park with lots of trees and grass. Small playground structure for kids. The campsites are nicely spaced apart. All the sites have water which is nice. The campground is between the freeway and the railroad but the railroad is bel
