Ideal Inn & Suites - Motel in Grand Forks - 2201 Gateway Dr, USA

I didnt stay at the motel but I used their laundromat.. OMG what a joke.. half the machines don't work and there is a sworm of flys there... What a dirty place to wash and dry your clothes... will never use this place again... they need to shut it down.. I'd hate to see what the tanning beds look like.. I wouldnt even give it a 1 star..

It was awesome. Two men from different walks of life praying together in the parking lot. I needed that because I've grown tired today. THANKS ideal inn. The setting was perfect. If I could I would give it it 12 stars . . . One for each step! 😁

Stayed there one day, and had to leave. This place is a dump!!!! The Budget that is right down the road is far better. Rooms are nasty. Managment is a sad joke. When I first saw her, her eyes were spun. She was definatly doing drugs. Bedbugs are notorious there to. How in the hell this place keeps a business license is beyond me

Stay one night and you will see why there is NO worse motel in Grand forks. Owner got shut down a few years ago because they were selling drugs and running a prostitution ring out of it. Every time I walked outside the guy next door wanted to know if I or someone I knew could sell him drugs. Never once did they bring towels or offer any kind of cleaning service. Stayed a week only because I couldn't get money back. Also found bed bug crawling on me and had to throw ever I brought with out. SCUM! They need to close this place and condemn it. To bad they can't arrest the owners again. Hopefully the police send in the under covers again. Stay away!

This was the only hotel the weekend we were in town that had openings due to a concert in town and there was a reason it was the only place that had openings. We walked to our door and it was NOT securely shut, then in our room was the power vaccum cleaner and it was not vaccumed up, the toilet lid and stool had feces on it! When we complained they just simply told us we will have to talk to the owner and gave us the owners number who conveniently was not there and would not return our phone calls. We left and got ready in a truck stop right off interstated on Gateway Dr which was a PALACE compared to this place. When called the next day to talk to management, said who I was and the problem and was hung up on... Absolutely the worst staff/management I have ever seen! Customer service is definately not a priority to this establishment. Simonson Travel Center FYI has a spotless shower and friendly faces at thier establishment!!!

Please Grand Forks Community, tear this eye sore down. Every morning that I walk out of my apartment building I see this Uglyiness

Still a good place to get a room if you need one in the middle of the night

Great rates for what you need, but definitely not the Hilton.
