Icons of Darkness - Museum in Hollywood - , USA

I had a very nice and fun experience. The museum is a guided tour where you can see a lot of famous movie props such as Batman, Terminator, Jurassic etc. Some of the exhibits are interactive and they can activated by the guide. It's not very long but there are a lot of thing to see. Too bad they closed their LA museum.

One of the best attractions ever on Hollywood Blvd. Over 200 real movie costumes, props, and puppets from my favorite fantasy, sci-fi, superhero, and even horror movies. I got to relive my childhood walking through and was super fun to visually Inspect how everything actually looked like. All the staff were super nice, funny, and knowledgeable about the collection. Movie fans if you haven't attended you missed out.

30min that went very fast, with lots of condensed explanations for various costumes and replicas. Would have preferred a self tour to spend time on what I was more interested in, but not an option. I find the current reviews/ratings very favorable, we did not share the enthusiasm, just interesting and I guess $20 (before 1pm, $25 after) is still decent.

Absolutely incredible- worth every penny! It was crazy to be able to see all of these overwhelmingly popular costumes and props from hollywood. Excellent tour guide, pricing, and unforgettable experience.

This place is incredible, my jaw was on the floor almost the entire time. Any fan of sci-fi horror will be in heaven. I can’t believe I hadn’t heard of this until I saw a video blog from Grim Life Collective where they visited. Some of my favorites were Edward Scissor Hands, Batman, Jack Torrances shinning jacket and axe and the Jurassic Park dinosaurs. Probably the greatest collection of movie memorabilia under one roof you will ever see. I was blown away. The only negative was that it felt a bit rushed. I would have liked more time to really take everything in as these are such historic pieces. There weren’t other visitors while I was there so not sure why it was so rushed.

Amazing!!! Screen used props from the best Sci fi movies ever created!! Movie magic perfect! Would recomend for all who love bigger than life exhibits!

Lucky find! Our plan was to visit a different museum but after deciding not to we quickly started walking along the boulevard to find something else we can do. The iron man in the front window caught our attention so we peaked inside. The museum itself is one of the coolest experiences, especially if you’re a fan practical effects and movies in general. The staff noticed my Jurassic Park shirt and quickly made that section of the museum our priority which I thought was super nice. Also there are jump scares throughout the tour so be warned. I rolled my ankle at one point and the manager was kind enough to turn off the scares after us all laughing about it lol! In conclusion, this was a very unexpected surprise. The staff was very kind and made the experience so much fun. The pieces in the museum are well kept and taken care of. Finally they have great photo opportunities. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you guys!

What a great place if you are into movies, nerdy stuff, horror etc. You will see a lot, it is with a guide, he knew everything about all the outfits, props and movies. Also the heads on top of the outfits were really cool with eyes of glass that looks real. Beside the outfits. My favorite where the gremlins. Don’t look to much to the pictures on google, just go! The will move to Vegas next year the guide told us.
