Hotel is in a good location as it’s nice and quiet at diamond beach but you do need to drive to most places in Wildwood which we knew and were fine with. Super clean. They actually do housekeeping service everyday. Pool is nice! My favorite is the beach bar as you can sit right in the sand and have a cocktail. I like that the hotel is ON the beach and there isn’t a road in between. Beds are comfy tho the bedroom is a bit small. The balcony isn’t the best. The air conditioner vent is right on the balcony and it’s SO LOUD. The kitchenette is super convenient. We are here with our 3 year old and it’s very kid friendly! Beach chair and umbrella service is great too and they have little shuttles that will drive you to the beach if you don’t want to walk. Also offers free shuttle to the boardwalk. All in all a great stay.

Beautiful. The rooms are really pretty, especially the kitchen and it was lovely to see a tub. The front desk staff were lovely. Thank you for helping us when I left my handbag behind. We were unable to dine much at the restaurant because of a hectic schedule but Sergei was very sweet with the coffee. We were so touched with the room offered to us as the view was beautiful. Thank you for taking good care of us 👏

This is the best hotel in the Wildwoods! We spend 2 nights here and everything was perfect. The front desk was very welcoming, they greeted us with a smile. This is a nice touch since you are on vacation and you want to have a good mood. The room, oh my! Sparkling clean! The housekeeping team is surely doing a great job! We could see the ocean from our bed, so it was amazing. This place is perfect for a small beach wedding also, they have a tent on the beach and an event room above the restaurant. They also have a prep room for the bride & bridesmaids 🥰 totally recommend!

We had an exceptional experience at this beach hotel. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making our stay truly memorable. The hotel was impeccably clean, with comfortable rooms that offered stunning ocean views. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway. Sue ( supervisor ) was fantastic! She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made a lasting impression. We couldn’t have asked for better service!

Rooms were nice, has a kitchenette with all utensils, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, dual hot plate, and dishes. I do think the utensils could have been better quality but they worked. The lid on the toilet was cracked/chipped and they painted over it to cover it up. The air conditioning is fantastic works well. The shower was nice. I was disappointed breakfast was not free as we are paying almost $600 a night. But the food was good when we did eat at the hotel. The beach was PHENOMENAL. Not having to worry about chairs or umbrellas the hotel provided it all. They even set up a little pop up bar by the water. Every service person was fantastic. Very nice people from all over.

I was almost afraid to write a review, because I don't want it to get out exactly how wonderful this hotel is. We had a wonderful stay in a Double Queen Suite and are dreaming of our return trip already. I can't say enough good about how immaculate the hotel was, and how seamless everything was run. Our room was quiet and the hvac was amazing. With two young children, we rarely get good sleep on vacation but the beds were so comfortable and the room was cozy with gorgeous ocean views right from the bed. We appreciated the suite layout and extra space for nights when we were too tired to venture out for dinner. The availability of the poolside menu and frozen cocktails was a highlight, and the beach was just beautiful. We saw dolphins daily very close to shore, and I would never have predicted that New Jersey would have such clear ocean water! |The highlight for our kids was a visit from Chef John passing out popsicles at the end of the day. I loved the live music nightly at the Star Beach bar and basically everything else. ||Don't miss out on this gem on Diamond Beach!

The only thing I could complain about was the service and the food. When I checked in the service was amazing. When I checked out, the service was amazing. However, the food Was terrible. We ordered a cheeseburger at the pool bar and it was a tiny cheeseburger that was hard as a rock. We tried it again in the restaurant and it was the same. In the restaurant, we waited 15 minutes before anybody came over to our table to give us water. I ordered the pulled pork and it was dry And awful. I stayed at the hotel for two weeks. I never ordered room service because the menu was not appealing. the service For transportation to the beach was amazing and those employees were spot on!! The restaurants need A new menu and trained employees and a chef. I have been in the restaurant business my whole life and it doesn’t take a lot to make a cheeseburger Or any of the food that is served at a beach bar. I will definitely be back to this resort because our stay, which was very expensive was worth every penny.

Great location with awesome views. The staff could not have been more friendly! The kitchenette in the room was great, and the room itself was clean and spacious. Every morning the staff set up our lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach for us, and we ate a tasty lunch at the beach bar each day. Very nice restaurant in the hotel, too. I highly recommend this stay!
