Icon Inn - Hotel in Ellensburg - 1720 Canyon Rd, USA

It is incredibly beautiful here. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and incredibly clean. The staff that I met was so helpful and really just wonderful. I very much wish I had arrived earlier so I could cook in the communal kitchen. I highly recommend staying here if you stop in Ellensburg. This place is a gem.

If you’re debating on checking out a new place to stay… do it. I’ve stayed here on several occasions now and have always found rooms that are unique, clean and comfortable. You can literally pick the room yourself when booking and the pictures are very good representations of the rooms themselves. The staff has been nothing short of amazing and if anything exceed what you would find at a typical hotel - so anyone who says otherwise maybe do a little entitlement check… Checking in and out is about as straightforward as someone could make it. Honestly. If you know how to work your own phone you’ll have no problem and probably enjoy it more than the typical hotel process.

This hotel is simply fabulous. I wasn’t quite sure when I booked it, what to expect, but I’m so glad I did. It exceeded all my expectations. The room was fantastic. Great decor, very modern but also warm and inviting. Super quiet. Felt like I had the whole place to myself. Love the self check in and personal touches. Restaurant quality kitchen available to the guests. No place I’ve stayed had that. The staff was super attentive and let me stay an hour past check in to finish a business call. I’ll try to stay here now every time I travel to Ellensburg. It’s hands down superior to all the other chain hotels.

This Hotel is by far one of the best hotels! I don’t even know where to start…. We were there for our son’s CWU graduation. I made our reservation online and this is where the greatness started. I immediately received a text confirmation that lead me to download the app to start the check in process to save time the day of arrival. Super simple process for sure. I was able to text them for any questions or requests and they replied within minutes. Now, I thought this was a group of people or staff but it wasn’t. My interactions were with Carmen and she was amazing! She did everything to accommodate our family! She was simply wonderful and is one of the reasons we will be returning. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, modern, quiet, safe and it felt like HOME! From the fully stocked kitchen (utensils, pots, pans, spices etc) that allows occupants to cook their own meals. The kitchen is huge and very very clean. It has a large dining room to sit and enjoy your meal(s)or just a cup of coffee. The rooms are on a whole new level… I’m a hotel snob (for cleanliness reason) and the rooms are immaculate! One of our rooms was 101, which is the loft room that has a bed upstairs. Super unique set up that makes you feel like the room is much larger than it is. Without a doubt, this hotel far exceeds expectations! While there is no front desk staff to assist you, Carmen is very responsive and helpful. She will absolutely go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and at home. If you need a room for a night or for a week, this is the place to go. The location is also perfect! It’s right off the highway but tucked in the back so you don’t hear any traffic.. not even the highway. It’s also next to gas stations, Dutch bros and some restaurants. All in all, this place is the best! Thank you Carmen for your dedication to making sure your occupants are taken care of.

This Inn is the perfect spot to stop ad rest. Right off the highway in Ellensburg Icon Inn is a comfortable cozy place. They have a commercial Kitchen I was able to cook a great meal for me and my guests. The beds gets 10 stars, and the manager Carmen is very welcoming.

My whole Family and I really enjoyed our stay. From the minute we got in to the moment we left everything and everyone was absolutely GREAT!!! The very sweet nice lady managing the hotel was always super helpful. She was able to help my family out in getting us early check in. Super convenient to have the app and check in and have your key from your phone. The room was very clean, new, and looked really cool. Overall was a very great experience, would recommend to stay here.

You get what you pay for! Everything was pristine & beautiful. The rooms were super quiet - but I think it helped that it wasn’t busy, i only saw 1 other party in the 2 days I was here. Pet fee was $25 a night, so with that cheap rate I didn’t feel like I paid any more than what I’d spend at other hotels. Bed was firm but amazingly comfortable. Bedding & pillows great. Rainfall shower was neat. Loved the accents & details of the room & building. Laminate floors for easy cleanup was comforting for my puppy’s first hotel stay - but no accidents & he loved sliding around! Call ahead to make sure you get a pet friendly room. Dutch Bros in parking lot, fast food in walking distance, & DoorDash options. Hotel has a shared kitchen. Need a Key card to get beyond check in area so it felt very secure. Truck parking shared with other hotels in area, close to side entrance & enough room to get my long hood turned around. HIGHLY recommend, we’ll definitely be back when we have time off in Ellensburg!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Great check-in experience. The rooms were great and had everything we needed and very intentional interior design. The community kitchen was very nice and had ample room for cooking and storage. Fun place to stay, we will definitely be back.
