Definitely the best costumer service at Icon computers. My son's gaming PC went down and we took it to Mr. Arthur. He has the best costumer service, knowledge, patience super helpful, and best of all very affordable! I knew very little of computers he walked me through every step to purchasing the parts for the PC and his input on the parts as well. If y'all have any trouble with lap tops or PC Mr.Arthur is your man!! Thank you ICON computers!!
My son's gaming computer was restarting and Arthur was so awesome! We had to replace the motherboard and CPU and he worked with us. An explained everything and worked with us on the payment he charged. I totally recommend taking ur computer or laptop here. He is the best hands down!!!

I took my computer to Icon because I lost all power and within a day and a half I was up and running. Also when I picked it up I was given some very good information on several free programs he installed for me. Arthur was super cool on teaching me some techniques that I wasn't aware of. Always excellent service here. Friendly, knowledgeable, fair prices. The owner (Arthur) doesn't "talk down" to you. He explains technical issues in easy-to-understand terms. Not only does he take care of the computers for our business, he also helped my mom when she was in town and had trouble with her laptop. You will not be disappointed with the service at Icon Computers!
Had an issue with a laptop that had been in another shop waiting for repairs. Decided to retrieve it and take it ICON Computers for a second opinion. I called and spoke with the owner over the phone. He was VERY helpful so I decided to take it in. He did a quick diagnostic and told me to check back in a few hours. I went back around 4 pm and the laptop was repaired and running LIKE NEW !!! He thoroughly explained the problem and what he did to correct it. He even added some extra security programs and other things to keep it running like new. AWESOME !!!! Highly suggest using him if you have any computer issues !!
