Icicle River Trails - Ski resort in Leavenworth - 7505 Cyo Rd, USA

This was my first time snowshoeing so I have no other experience to compare to, but it was perfect for my first time! It was a good distance (1.8 miles), not crowded, and wasn’t hard at all. I would definitely come back again— the views are beautiful!

Definitely not an "easy" trail - it has lots of switchbacks and high elevation with few to no areas of flat walking. There are a few viewpoints on the way up this narrow trail but take lots of breaks and you'll make it to the top where the view is amazing. See for yourself.

I have been to Icicle River Trail numerous times for Special Olympics. The view here are beautiful and breathtaking. Also, it was where I proposed to my girlfriend there on Halloween 2021.

Wonderful! We went on a February Sunday, early AM, and it was not crowded at all. This was our first time XC skiing, and they made it simple to buy tickets and understand the course. Gorgeous views as well.

Great place for cross country skiing. They even had a "family rate" for trail passes which saved us some money. This was our kid's 1st time skiing. Trails were well groomed, incredible views, and it was a blast. Be aware you have to rent your gear elsewhere (We used Der Sportsmann in town and it worked out well. )

Some of the best views I've seen in my life

The serenity of this trail was spectacular. Easily navigated with our small group and one infant. It snowed lightly and the trail was simple with proper shoes. We parked off the road adjacent to the trail head as the road to the actual parking lot was pretty dicey.
