First time to hibachi in years. Forgot how long it takes. Chris was awesome, and everyone at the table was excited when they heard it was Chris cooking. The waitress was excellent too. Food was awesome but not a large quantity. Previous menus in the reviews specifically say you have to sit at hibachi tables to order hibachi, but now you can sit at a regular table and get hibachi much faster. We only sat at the hibachi table because we didn’t know that. It took over 1.5 hours at lunchtime. Will return, but sit at a regular table for hibachi. The veggie hibachi was awesome and my girl liked her steak and Philadelphia roll.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Food was hot and never late. The flavors were bold and consistent. We had a mock-tail with zero alcohol but absolutely delicious regardless. We had the best server too, genuinely sweet and great customer service. I wouldn’t have wanted to celebrate my friend’s birthday anywhere else. If I could fit the entire experience here I would, but I look forward to my next visit and I plan to try the Hibachi.

I received terrible service tonight while dining in with my friends. I ordered a well done steak and received a rare steak. Once I made the waitress aware of the issue she first suggested that it was my fault and that I must have mixed up my order with my friends. Which was not true because my friend had an entirely different meal. Then the waitress said she would ask her manager if he could take it off of the bill. She came back and told me that the manager said “he was not willing to take it off the bill but could cook the steak some more”. I was already finished with the rest of my meal by this point because this was the first time our waitress came to the table since our food had arrived. The waitress’s service was already bad because she barely checked on the table but the managers behavior was unacceptable. The fact that he couldn’t even come talk to me himself is ridiculous. I am very upset at this experience and will not be returning to this restaurant.

Went to Ichiban's with my wife for the first time today for our new tradition "Sunday Lunch Date," and we enjoyed ourselves. We're not sushi eaters, unfortunately, but we were craving hibachi, and that's what we ordered. I ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi, and she ordered the chicken hibachi. The food was delicious, especially their fried rice. Their fried rice is probably one of the best quality and tasting fried rice dishes I've had. They could've given me a little more shrimp, but all and all, it was great. I'm not too much of a fan of the meso soup. It's just not my cup of tea, but food, service, and atmosphere was A1. Great job, Ichiban 👏🏾

The food was excellent. The service was slooooowwwwwww. The appetizer came out along with our meal. The Lychee Drink that I ordered before my food came out after I started eating my food.

I've always enjoyed Ichiban Sushi. However, during my last few visits, I've noticed a sour smell. The restaurant is dirty and does not appear sanitary. It's bad vibes for a sushi establishment. If I'm paying almost $40 for lunch sushi, you can clean and update your seating.

Food is great- waitress was super nice but they were a confused several times waiting on our party of 11… only messed up a few details of the order but overall great experience.

We were very pleased with the friendly service. The atmosphere was laid back and relaxing. They also get 5 stars for cleanliness. The food was delicious. The sushi was prepared fresh and with top quality ingredients. Our order was brought out in a comfortable time frame as to not have everything on the table at once. The only critique I have is they were a little heavy handed on the teriyaki sauce. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant!

Came here for my lunch break. It was not busy at all, so the service was extremely quick and the server was friendly. The vibes inside are nice and cozy - especially love the sky mural on the ceiling! I was in and out within 30 min. The tempura bento
