Ichiban - Japanese restaurant in Fresno - 4863 E Butler Ave, USA

It is my first time here. I went inside the restaurant and it looked pretty small. The lady who took my order sound rude with attitude. I was like, okay... But anyway, I ordered chicken udon noodle to go, and I have never thought that it would be a small bowl for 14 bucks. The noodles texture was prefect chewing, and the broth tasted good. Anyone who hasn't tried it yet, go check it out for yourself.

Great food at a great price. I’ve been coming here for years and the food has always been good. The people that work here are always helpful and very nice. If you have never been here you should start with the crunchy shrimp roll. It’s amazing.

The food was awesome. The service was excellent. The restaurant is clean. The dining room is small but we were able to find a table. I highly recommend it!

This place us always busy so I recommend to order online or pickup if you don't want to wait. Amazing customer service! Prices are really good for the portion and quality. Will definitely come back.

When I walked in having never been here, I was a little worried when there was a line that I'd be here forever, but it also means plenty of people like it here. After my first bite I see why! These veggies are fresh and cooked so well, the chicken teriyaki is real high quality and delicious, and I had the spicy tuna tempura roll as a new sushi eater and I LOVE it. You definitely should give this place a try!

First time here and coming from the Pacific Northwest, which is littered with delicious places like Ichiban, I was really impressed with the quality and quantity of the food for the price. The tempura veggies were an unexpected perk to my plate. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Order over phone and food was ready in the time I was told 20min. Shrimp crunch roll was excellent and so was my combo with chicken and steak. I recommend

First time trying this place, overall everything is good. The pricing for sushi is affordable if you're comparing it to other sushi places, and is top notch --prob even better than other places. The only con was the chicken teriyaki doesn't taste any char, over the flattop girll or anything. I feel like it was boiled and then topped off with the sauce which still taste delicious and tender but I feel the name can be a little misleading.
