One of my favorite Japanese restaurants on the East Coast for Japanese ramen and street food. I been to countless Ramen spots all up and down the coast from NYC to Miami. It is impressive here, Quality food, friendly staffs, and very reasonable prices. It’s a family style street food spot so don’t expect anything fancy.
Friendly staff, food was flavorful and fresh. We ordered two different mild Ramen bowls and so happy they had different delicious flavors. The Goyzas were crisp, hot, and tasty as well. Listening to other guests' comments as they loved their food as well. It's definitely a little gem tucked into a small space.
I drove 400 miles from Florida, ate here, and now I am already scheduling a return trip to come back asap; IT'S THAT GOOD.
Quality you can smell the moment you open the door! I've lived in Japan for 15+ years, this was a honest to goodness return back home.
Wide range of ramens and other foods! Has some incredible sweets and different drinks to pick from! Love this place!!!!! <3 The owner and workers are also very nice and helpful if you don't know what to order. Yall rock!!!
Cozy atmosphere, intimate enough for a couple to enjoy some food. The variety in selection was very exciting! I got the tonkotsu ramen 😋 very delicious with the extra egg talk about yum. It was quiet enough to enjoy my show on my phone while sitting to enjoy the meal. They even brought the food to me as it was ready. Hands down the place to go for good food. 👍 price ain't bad either will be going back again on my mommy days for sure !!
To start with, everything is self service. You order from a tablet and the food is brought out to you. Really simple. The tablet was laid out in an manner that made the menu easy to use. The Ichi-Kaku Ramen was phenomenal and I will for sure get it again. I am looking forward to getting the chicken curry the next time I visit.
We went about a year ago to Ichi Kaku for its grand opening launch. Back then there was a limited menu and I was not super impressed. Since then, the menu has fully opened up and they have earned a well deserved 5 stars. The teppan and ramen were great, but do yourself a favor and go with the curry because it is the bomb. Authentic Japanese food where you least expected it, and a place I will be visiting when I’m in town for hopefully years to come.
The food was so good! It was packed when we got there but it didn't take long for us to get a table. Their ordering system is really easy and the staff was really friendly. Chef Yohei came to all of the tables to check on everyone which was a nice touch. We had Ramen and chicken karaage , and chicken curry. I can't wait to go back and try more. Next year's Ramen eating contest is mine!

We had the pork bun, pork dumplings, Beef miso ramen (option C with beef), the Wafu shoyu (option A with chicken), & the kara-age rice bowl (fried chicken).
The ramen noodles were thick and good portions. Soup was delicious without being too salty o

Stephanie was a great guide! Very informative. Enjoyed the architecture of the home and the details inside with renovations. Easily takes you back to the time period of the Poe family. Enjoyed the free guided tour which lasted roughly 45 minutes.
