I first discovered this place months ago. Every single time I have visited I was greeted with warm friendly faces and super-fast service. The whole shop felt so inviting and welcoming. The bright pastels and the little games around the shop really made me want to come back. This is the kind of place I could spend a good few hours in with some friends or a great location to drop in and grab a sweet refreshing drink. The quality of the food and drinks is way beyond its price. You could have a fantastic drink or a yummy dish for less than 10 dollars. This is definitely a place I will not stop requesting.
I love Ice Valley Boba! This place is the best Boba shop that I’ve been to by far. They have a good variety of popping boba which is hard to find. They also have really good milk teas. The customer service is amazing and I really like the atmosphere. There are a bunch of games that you can sit there and play. I definitely recommend this place!
The girls working were very nice. The teas were prepared quickly and were pretty good, although not the best. The place is cheap though, cheaper than most other places we have been to.
Amazing. Their wait time is like 3 minutes, they have PS4/5, chess and other games to kill the minor time to the point you don't want to leave. Here's the kicker, they're 1/4th the price of the restaurant next door called The Seafood Station. Just order 4 orders of $6 fried calamari and forget about the $27.05 order of 16 medium shrimp from next door. The Seafood Station doesn't even support the "Too Good to Go" App like they claim they do, they overcharge x4 and I one say HOPE this company does! They're so laid back and relaxing, Boba teas are amazing; I fully recommend the Ye-Tea with Boba or jelly or whatever you prefer! So awesome.
We have been looking for a new boba shop and found this place! Lots of games to play with friends/family. They also have cute stuff for sale between plushies, cups, handmade items from one of their customers, etc. The owner is sweet and welcoming. Drinks are amazing and we will definitely be back to try other drinks and food!
Ive come to this boba place many times and I really enjoy the environment and games that the owner provides.The drinks themselves are really good and aren’t powdery like most other boba places!They have lots of different drinks and variety of toppings including normal tapioca pearls and flavored poppers! The service is really sweet and helpful and I enjoy hanging out there!
A hidden gem! The best boba tea in Cypress. Unique foods, flavors, and fun games for the entire family. The service is wonderful, too! I especially love the blended mocha coffee with boba. My daughter loves the strawberry milk tea. They also have a rewards program.
Happened to be around the corner and wanted something refreshing. Instead, I walk in and found something more than I can ask for. Clean store and bathrooms! I had a great customer experience with the gentleman that was behind the counter. There’s definitely things to do here - multiple selection of games and quiet enough to get some work done.
