We've been using I-Tech for several years now mostly for our NetApp SAN storage and VMs. I find them to be very knowledgeable. It helps immensely when a vendor is familiar with your environment and able to address issues that come not only to our SAN/VMs but network related issues as well.
This company is nothing but a cover for their scam to rob honest hard working people of their money via gaining your trust and access to your information . They wiped my bank account out as well as maxed out my line of credit leaving me with .64 cents. And owing 21,000 to the bank for my line of credit.
At the beginning of our tech refresh, I knew very little. Through the help of Dan and his team at i-Tech, I learned what was needed to accomplish our technology and security goals and come up with a plan that would work the best to suite our needs. Jeremy was our on-site technician who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient in getting us set up and walking me through each step. I'm very appreciated to have had their help with a process that can be very overwhelming if you don't come from a tech background. Thank you again!

I work for a small company so i-Tech plays a big part in maintaining our network and systems and they do a fantastic job. Our Network Administrator is onsite twice a month to maintain our servers and help with projects and issues in person. He and their support staff are always quick to respond to issues and have always resolved problems in a timely manor. I highly recommend their services.
i-Tech has been our managed IT support vendor for a number of years. They worked with us to build out our telecom rooms and upgrade all of the equipment as well. We selected them after interviewing and considering several firms. And we are so happy we selected them! The team is talented and responsive and always so helpful.
