Have a HP Envy laptop that didn't have sound for years. My husband, with some computer experience, tried to fix the sound, but would only last about 20 minutes. I couldn't enjoy YouTube or seminars, closed caption wasn't the same as hearing the words. A Wisconsin Rapids computer company had it twice, we paid, but again, not fixed permanently, only lasting minutes. I chose I.T.S.M because it is a veteran owned company and because of their honesty. They fixed it right the first time! Finally, after years of no sound, I could enjoy my laptop. I highly recommend this company. They are very professional and easy to talk with. They also sell drones, offer recycling of some electronic equipment and are a very knowledgeable resource. Call them to find out more of what they offer, they are a good company to deal with.
