One of the most welcoming gyms I’ve ever been too! Everyone is super nice and fun to be around, coach Noah goes above and beyond for everyone in the class. If you’re looking for a place to train this is the spot! Great people, very welcoming, clean, & great training!

I Noah Training is a fantastic gym. Noah is consistently involved with his students and knowledgeable about combat sports. The gym has all the equipment you would need for combat sports and the community is extraordinarily welcoming and friendly.

Love the atmosphere and the one on one with the head coach. I feel all my questions are answered about boxing bwfore i even ask them as well. Plan to be here as long as i can!

This is the first gym that has actually made it all "click" for me as far as being really consistent in exercising and being healthy. Coach Noah (the owner) and coach Josh are great, friendly, knowledgeable people that know boxing and mma.. all you have to do is show up and enjoy the workouts, eat pretty healthy at home and you will see results. The gym is really clean with a lot of equipment available. Boxing classes are wonderful and Coach Josh makes you work 👊 there's always different people sparring during the week and on the weekends. Everyone is so friendly here, i highly recommend INoah to everyone that wants to change their lives for the better. You will feel stronger mentally and look stronger physically. And most importantly you will be healthy!

Amazing coach amazing people Amazing gym, everyone is so nice and they really encourage people and they are very supportive Noah always finds time for every single person in the gym and he can turn beginners into amazing fighters! I cannot say enough about my experiences here thus far. No matter your skill level, Noah has you covered. ALWAYS professional, but make no mistake he will make you work, in a very POSITIVE way. The atmosphere entices that inner warrior in us all. I do private boxing lessons, but I have yet to meet anyone in passing that was unpleasant or unwilling to be cordial. Lots of accessible and up-to-date equipment too. Noah is very knowledgeable and has done an excellent job of teaching me the FUNDAMENTALS of the sport I have admired my entire life. In doing so, it has also allowed me to appreciate and respect the boxers and the sport itself in way I could not do so previously. GREAT PLACE. GREAT COACH. GREAT ATMOSPHERE. This is the type of place that builds the community of younger generations to follow an example of. I hope to be a part of I Noah Training for a very very LONG TIME. Thanks NOAH!!! Definitely hands down the best place ever my little brother and niece go there for martial arts. Noah provides a great variation of classes throughout the week from Muay Thai, kickboxing, boxing, and MMA. Aside from the great staff Noah makes it a priority to keep the gym safe and extra clean. Great plus during these trying times. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to work out and learn some self defense.

I Noah is a wonderful gym with so many great programs! I do boxing and kickboxing and I've enjoyed it so much. My technique, endurance and strength has improved tremendously and Noah is a great instructor. He is an expert, works with you one on one and is always available to answer any questions you may have. Check this place out! You won't be disappointed.
