" I need a techie" is the best. My laptop hinge broke so I wasn't able to close it and it felt like the top was about to fall off. I called multiple stores on a Sunday, however they were either closed or was charging a lot more than I was expecting. I was able to drop off my laptop same day to Sina and he guaranteed me that my laptop was fixable and did not have to go through a more expensive fix. He was very professional, helpful, and nice. He keeps you updated with texts and even offers to pick up your devices if needed. He said it would probably take 2 days, but he is very good and was faster than expected! Highly recommend and can't thank you enough!

"I Need a Techie" did a great job helping me after my hard drive crashed. They were able to retrieve more than 99% of my files. They also installed a new drive and doubled my PC's RAM. I had some trouble with my wifi and internet at home. Tried everything I could from restart, reset, factory resets of everything from modem to the wifi mesh multiple times but it just did not work. Called Sina from 'I need a techie'. He was very responsive and agreed to come over the same day in the evening and was punctual. He quickly diagnosed the problem and did his magic to get all the things sorted out in an hour. He also fixed one of my older routers and I now have a redundancy built in at home w.r.t wifi networks.
