A no frills place to stay for the night while traveling very easy on and off the freeway access. Very inexpensive close to a few stores and restaurants and gas stations. Manager lady was very friendly and helpful
Ok for a 1 night stopover. The lady that owns it is nice but the whole place is rundown. Definitely needs some cleaning up and redoing. People don't keep dogs on a leash so there's dog doo all over that needs to be picked up. Only $25 so price was right.
This RV park is bare bones but conveniently located right on I-10. It's easy off, easy on. I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the park manager, but she is very accommodating and easy to work with. Ours was just an overnight stay which was convenient.
For an overnight stop this place is fantastic. The owner is so very friendly and helpful. Can’t beat the price!
Sadly only 1 tiny shower area and once I saw it, I decided to get a shower at the next stop. There was also a tiny laundry which someone was using so I passed on that as well.

Great stop over. This is our 2nd stay here. We will stop again when on I 10. This trip we came in later than expected, and were greeted with a smile. The place is clean, and very affordable. Love you guys! John & Mary
Great spot to stop for the night. Full hookups, right off the freeway and the price is great, $26 a night. The owner was really nice, she was very accommodating. There is a bathroom and washer and dryer that cost $5 per load to wash and dry. It was fairly easy to get in and out of. We have a 37 ft travel trailer. Would definitely stay again.
We arrived really late in the evening, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We have a 43 ft 5th wheel and didn’t have any reservations but they were more than welcoming to us. Great overnight stop!
Great place just off of I10 to stop for a night, or two. Pusa, the owner lives on site and couldn't be more friendly or helpful. Laundry facilities are available in case you need to clean up your wardrobe. We will definitely stop there again if we need a place to park for the night.
