I-10 Royal Inn - Motel in Houston - 12860 East Fwy, USA

Enjoyed my stay. The beds were very comfortable and soft. Great channel selection but if you have young kids just make sure you control the controller bc you can run across a Adult channel. The only complaint I had was that the restroom got a little slippery after taking a hot shower but other than that ...... everything was great.

It's a get away to get a break, but not as clean as I'd like & only 1 wash cloth to 2 people is kinda gross& no floor towel. It's quiet, but there was hairs in the sheets & sheets was stained. Floor needed cleaning & furniture needed cleaning only God knows what was in the counters & TV screen. On the up side no bed bugs or roaches. You should take your own towels & bath supplies & probably blankets too.

Clean cozy room, parking is as good as the property can offer. It's affordable with nice tv and room is decorated modern and tasteful. Wasn't expecting the place to be this cozy and quite. Staff is friendly and firm. Very good place for the cost, bring these guys your business.

If I could give ZERO stars, I definitely would. My room was disgusting. I got here at nearly one in the morning, exhausted after a 13 hour work day, ready for bed. I got to my room and just go to sleep. Wake up the next morning to grab a quick shower before I head back into work and I found globs of hair, and trash in the shower. I brought it to the front desk and they were rude, said it was my own fault for not seeing it at one in the morning when I was exhausted and didn't use the shower. Absolutely not. Piss poor management, I will be contacting the local health department.

I think it is a bit ridiculous, that the price can not be told over the phone. You of course are going to lose customers that way. I am going to drive to you just for you to tell me prices that may not be in my range? If someone needs a hotel, either they're travelling, have no home options, or need a break. Coming up there when other places can simply tell you over the phone seems a bit much. It ruins planning ahead of time for people. Which then would make your Inn not a likely choice for most. Especially when you add in the bad customer service on questions outside of the cost to stay. So, yes continue to lose customers. Keep it up!

Well I'll jus say its not worth 280 door in restroom gets stuck whn you come out and the microwave works but dnt also the bed and room is very small like I said so not worth the 280 I have to pay each week

The woman was horrible to me. I called from Louisiana trying to pay in advance for a room for a family member with no place to go. Ahe refused to give me a rate over the phone. She claimed they dont take cards and i have to come in to get a price for a room. I said ok how will i know how much to send my sister so she can get to a bed and a shower. She said no we will not let you come. I said wait it will be a long term stay do you have a weekly rate? She started yelling we do mot do that you have to go to the other hotel. So i politely asked which one she screaming at me told me i dont know and dont care i cannot help you. I apologized for her troubles but not all the smaller motels ome up in my google search. She began yelling louder, so i told her sorry for the bother and thank you anyway.
