The operator of this establishment is racist and he has issues with children. He harrases black families with children for sure, going so far as to turn off cable and power access at certain times. He's very rude and disrespectful. He plays on the vulnerability of your current situation. He prefers cash only transactions but harrases you to the point you want to leave without a refund. I wonder if he's really reporting all cash income to the government????

The place is very cozy, quite, and not a lot of riff raff. Feel like our vehicles and belongings are safe and well watched over. No traffic in and out which is nice. Front office is always open and the property manager has been more than great. He is very polite, does his job very well and always there to help accommodate our needs. Only issue I would say is the price. Other than that the place is wonderful and I would recommend to anyone.

Bad place to be at the guy that runs it is actually the owner he's very rude racist and forces you to stay for the month won't take credit cards and the mail you can forget it he returns the mail then lies about it I actually had to call the postal service and they said that it was returned

The manager lies about everything. I had a package accidentally sent there after leaving and was told he would call when it arrived. He had it sent back then lied to our face about it. If you become friendly with him, he will expect things from you such as not using your credit card to pay room fees but paying in cash with no reciept to prove you paid. We did like the place until we found out it's run by a two faced man who says whatever he can to placate people. They also have an issue with ants in the lower floor rooms that they never deal with. Save yourself the issues and stay elsewhere.

I reviewed this motel 2 years ago and I felt happy about this place. It was my husband myself our daughter and son that stayed. This year our daughter is off in college and we’re actually paying more than before. Which it’s not a big deal, my husband and I work and our son goes to school and he doesn’t make it here until after 9pm from school activities. Now the guy that runs this place as gotten so mean and evil it’s not even normal. He complains about how he’s tired of working here the ppl gets on his nerves he’s been here for 40yrs etc., BUT now he wants to put us out because it’s the season that the “MEXICANS” come in town and they pay 600$ a week. I’m 6 months pregnant and we are already paying 1880$ a month I am so stressed out to the point I don’t want to wake up in the morning. He said if we pay 600$ a week we can stay. HOW UNFAIR IS THAT? And your over charging the “MEXICANS” as well. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy.

The Manager is very nice and went out of his way to accommadate us. We have a lovily 1 bedroom suite with a full kitchen and dining room, living room, and full bath. Free internet and cable TV. There's laundry facilities right down the hall. Shopping malls, libary, parks, bars, and fast food joints,and several fine dining resturants, are close by. We were staying down the block at a very bad place, they had a bad ant problem, and we would wake up to ants crawling on us. Like I said the Manager went out of his way to help us get into a room when we went there by chance on the way home from the store he had no vacancies, about 10 min. later he called with good news that he had an opening for us. Ask, and ye shall recieve. ThankYou , GOD.

was evicted 9 at night they don't tolerate noisy children don't bring your kids unless they are super quite .reasonable priced slightly run down but clean even if I could go back I would not. nor would I recommend unless I didn't like you .

I called to reserve a week and when I told the guy on the phone we had 2 children under the age of four he said they required a 200 deposit. I was offended but then asked for only a four night stay and then he told me they had NO vacancy. I do NOT reccomend this place. If you have children beware. They compare children to ferral animals.
