Positive: Yes! Awesome customer service! Rooms are so nice and clean. 5 minutes from beach. 8 minutes away from Lego Land. Went out of there way to make sure our stay was good. I had flat tire and the front desk man came out to help me. I am so pleased! Negative: No nothing everything was amazing!
I really liked their creams and hand wash. Great space on the second floor. 2 beds restroom clean comfy. Location there's a near by park. Walmart super center is a 8 min drive. Close to the freeways and food shopping.
I had checked in on a road trip up the Southern California coast from Tucson to LA on 7/16. The room had a strong spice cumin cabinet scent and the beds were uncomfortable. The floors were a bit gritty. The worst and upsetting part was the $50 deposit that they try to keep like scammers (please check your statement). Fortunately I was able to recoup it with AMEX but these owners are sleazy people for doing the that.
Quiet motel with a 70s roadside feel. Check in abt 3 to an empty lot and in the morning every space is taken and every room booked. In the summer they hiked up Thursday through Saturday rates 3x. So be sure to ask.

Rooms is whatever. The breakfast is horrible. Really bland and just generic items. There’s an ihop across the street or drive to the plaza 3 minutes away. The male receptionist needs to go. Horrible customer service. He was super rude.

Do not come here !!! Place was disgusting, looks like no one cleaned our room, our sheets and all the furniture was filthy. Everything was sticky and gross, and they didn’t want to give us clean blankets when we found dirt on our sheets. No toiletries at all not even soap to wash hands

I love OTF LA COSTA!!! Very welcoming! The instructors are energetic, friendly and supportive. I usually take 5-6 classes a week. Regardless of the time and day I go for a workout, I leave the studio feeling sore and happy at the same time. I highly
