Hyatt Regency Valencia - Hotel in Valencia - 24500 Town Center Dr, USA

Quick 2 night stay in room 335. Clean and comfy room with large windows. It's located in a nice, clean neighbourhood, close to many shops and restaurants, and close to Six Flags, which is why we were in the area. Staff was very nice and welcoming, especially the woman who checked us in at about 9pm at night. Our room was booked for 4 people but only had 3 shower towels, so I contacted the front desk and they had another 4 sent up quickly. The property had a nice looking large lobby restaurant and bar, that looked like fun place to eat and have drinks, but were were too busy to indulge. I would totally stay here again if I was in the area.

The hotel was very nice; the gym was great. Room service was incredibly fast. Room was clean; thought the carpet could have used a deep cleaning, but otherwise nice. Pillows were too squishy, but bed was comfortable.

Staff was amazing! Everyone was so helpful and they even waived my parking fees! Food was VERY GOOD!! Only problem was that the hot tub wasn’t working .. after a long day at Magic Mountain we wanted so hit the hot tub :( other than that, loved this hotel and will definitely be back!

My husband, our son and I stayed two nights. We chose this hotel because it is close to Six Flags and the area is nice. Low rating due to the fact that our room was not serviced (Also...the shower cap envelope was empty, the small mirror in the bathroom didn't work, the room service menu was sticky) Housekeeping was on our floor the morning we left for the day. We were literally gone from 10 am - 10pm

We enjoyed our stay here. When we checked in Maile(Polynesian woman at the front desk) was very kind and sweet. She was able to get a room for us when we checked in a little early. The grounds were beautiful and we loved that there were restaurants near by including Six flags I left off one star because our bathtub was clogged and the room smelled like smoke a little which I'm sensitive to.

Rooms were clean, but very small. Front desk staff were unfriendly, seemed annoyed when I went up to ask questions, which I only did twice, two separate times, so had the same experience with two different front desk staff members and decided not to go back to ask for help and just figured things out on my own. Great location though, close to shops and restaurants.

I left a much better review for this hotel in the past because after their room renovations I thought they had improved. But I was wrong. This hotel has had Internet trouble for years. Several times they have said they’re working to upgrade it but they don’t. Obviously this is an owner that doesn’t care, and they aren’t spending any money to fix the problem. If you care about Internet, this is not the place for you. But here’s the big issue. After around 8 PM at night, they leave one person working in this big Hyatt Regency hotel. They don’t answer the phones and begins to form the desk. Think about that. How can you run a hotel like that? I would avoid this place. Hyatt should be ashamed of themselves for letting their standards drop and allowing their hotel owners to do whatever they want.

The room was immaculate enough said! The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a perfect night's sleep after a long day of work and a walk through Town Center. As a business woman I felt safe and comfortable during my entire stay here. This is important to me and why I choose to stay in Valencia. Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated, offering easy access to local attractions (Magic Mountain), Town Center, and my favorite Valencia Steakhouse Larsen's.
