Very nice place with a lovely staff. We live Mrs.Gloria at the front desk. She is so sweet every time we come here. The water temperature and pressure are good. Bed are comfortable, but I always bring my own pillow. These are not bad I just like a firmer pillow.

The hotel is in an area with no adjacent amenities, and the on-site food is expensive and mediocre quality. On Saturday, we tried to get a simple breakfast sandwich. Upon getting back to the room, we realized both were ice cold in the center. We tried again, and once again, one was ice cold in the center. This led us to our fall back plan for the weekend: loaf of bread, peanut butter, and jam. ||Because you can't leave! With a convention of 1500 church folks in the building, there was no parking, and street parking was unavailable. The abandoned building across the street threatened to tow if you parked there. There's no valet, with the valet box permanently boarded up, but some of the parking is still labeled for valet use only.||Add to that generally poor maintenance of the building, with our toilet paper holder falling off the wall and the closet doors fallen off broken tracks. The elevator is a nightmare with a weird badging system to go to any floor that's only implemented on one side, so pressing the buttons on the other side just leads to them turning off again. And woe to the traveler that is two very long hallways away from the single elevator bank. Then there was a bed that felt more like a firm Motel 6 bed than a luxury hotel bed. ||The staff was generally kind and helpful, but the property is clearly cutting costs with poor maintenance and low staffing. Once this was a high-end hotel. Now it's maintained like a low-end hotel, with cracks in the tables and splitting seams in the sofa. Definitely not worth the $240 a night it cost us.

Overall, very pleasant stay and very convenient. Absolutely fit my needs.||||I had an early flight out of SFO the following morning and wanted to hedge possible negative variables by staying close to the airport. With shuttles running every 15 mins when I needed them to, this was the most pleasant "getting to the airport" experience I've had. Didn't need to schedule an Uber or pay variable pricing for rideshare, super nice.||||The hotel felt very grand and well maintained (outside of one of the escalators being out of service), but the size also made it feel a little cavernous and hard to get around. Once I caught my bearings and found my room, it became a little easier to move about.||||The service was great! One of the reasons I pick Hyatt. I've only had 1 bad experience out of over a dozen properties. This was not one of them.||||The room itself was very low-frill, felt very much like a hotel for business travelers. I often choose Hyatt properties over other brands because of the small touches (thoughtful and unique decor, indirect lighting, ample wall charging ports, "a-ha" features like cleverly engineered room storage). This hotel really offered none of that. If anything, it seemed like it had been stripped to essentials. There weren't enough outlets for my guest and I to charge all of our electronics, for example, so we had to unplug some light fixtures to make it work.||||To wrap up, if I have a flight in the future that makes me nervous about arrival logistics to the airport, I will absolutely stay here again. Outside of that, though, I probably wouldn't recommend it as a place to stay unless you were having a conference in the building. The proximity to anything worth seeing in the Bay Area and the "just servicable" ammenities make it a place to stay, probably nothing more.

My stay the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport truly exceeded my expectations. Our room was lovely and modern, the location and views were excellent, the shuttle service to the airport was easy and convenient, and the food at the restaurant was exceptional for "hotel food". Would highly recommend.

They charged me $8 for two water bottles that I did not consume. I received a refund by contacting the front desk staff. It took about 2 hours since they did not pick up the phone call, and their call center was not allowed to handle that incident. I did not complain until I received an insulting email from their manager several days later. The email stated that I had consumed the water bottles, but they refunded $8 to me. What a nice way to treat guests—like potential criminals! This is one of the few times I've complained here, and my inconvenience didn't end there. The front desk staff refused to print a receipt because I hadn't checked out yet. They were also unhelpful when I asked about the shuttle schedule. I'm frustrated with their behavior.

Room is spacious and clean at first sight. Stable complimentary wifi. Amenities include 2 bottled water, a mini refrigerator, a coffee machine and a hairdryer. I was able to borrow a kettle from the hotel. The room, however, is located at the far end of the corridor. It almost took like 5 minutes to reach the elevators if you are with your heavy suitcases. Also, housekeeping staff were kind of loud in the morning. I overheard one other hotel guest came out of the room and asked them to be quiet. Microwave and ice machines could be found on each floor which is nice. As there were nothing much to eat near the hotel area. The lack of restaurants is real for this hotel.

$48 nightly self-parking charge edit: thank you for the reply. i already communicated this very clearly to your front desk staff. i prefer in-person over email. i left this review to warn others to not stay at your hotel as the parking fee is exorbitant.

We found this hotel to be awful, sadly. Not only were we cursed with door-adjoined neighbours who shouted on speaker phone calls all night long and we could hear every word they were saying as if they were in the same room, but we had bed bugs in our room too. We got absolutely no sleep which is such a disappointment as the reason we booked an airport hotel is because we assumed it would be the best place to get some rest before a 6am flight. We didn’t think it would be a party hotel. We informed the staff at the desk about the bed bugs and they informed us that we would have someone get in contact with us about it but that never happened. Also, we had a less than pleasant experience at the restaurant. I informed the waiter of mine and my son’s dairy allergy and asked what we could get that would be safe. We agreed that something like spaghetti would be great for my son if it was dairy free and that I’d get the Rigatoni if it was dairy free. The waiter ended up coming out with a palate of plain noodles for my son with no sauce or anything and a plate full of cheese-covered noodles for me. We were very polite about the matter but were taken quite aback when the waiter immediately blamed it on me for not saying I had a dairy allergy. This is absolutely incorrect. I live with this allergy every single day of my life. It rules every single food choice I make. I certainly did make it clear that I have an allergy so that I would not have a reaction. Eventually the issue was resolved but we still had a sour taste in our mouths after paying over $100 for a piss poor effort in catering to a real life allergy and then having a defensive waiter for them making a mistake. I do not recommend this hotel.

This is a good choice if staying by SFO. Reasonable value. Old style decor but OK, very quiet (I was not on the bay side) and comfortable room, except soft mattress was sagging badly. Better than typical free breakfast included. Friendly service at e
