Hyatt Regency Morristown - Hotel in Morristown - 3 Speedwell Ave, USA

The Hyatt in Morristown is located directly on route 202 in downtown Morristown. At night cars were literally drag racing on 202 in front of the hotel. The sound was deafening. Echoing between the Valley Bank headquarters building and the Hotel making it impossible to sleep in the well appointed hotel room. In addition, the Horseshoe Bar across the street at 2AM closing time let out and the street in front of the hotel turned into a rave louder than most stadium concerts. Police finally came around 2:15 to disperse the crowd by standing on the highway centerline and flashing strobe flashlights at the crowd. We finally were able to get to sleep by 3AM. Room was great but if you have to stay here be sure to get a room at the back of the building away from route 202. Breakfast was very expensive. Also parking deck card issue device was not working so there were double charges for parking that the front desk did rectify so be careful. It is a nice place but the bar and drag racing out front make it a bad location for actually sleeping. Sorry but we will never stay again.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Regency Morristown for a week, and I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent service and professionalism exhibited by the entire staff throughout our stay. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted warmly by Joann – the Front Office Manager, whose welcoming demeanor set the tone for an exceptional experience. The housekeeping staff maintained our room to the highest standards, ensuring it was impeccable and well-stocked every day. The bar and restaurant staff were equally impressive, delivering top-notch service with a friendly attitude; always going out of their way to please! The hotel's location is another significant advantage. Situated in the heart of Morristown, it offers easy access to local attractions, lovely dining and shopping options. The convenience of an undercover car park added to the overall ease of our stay, providing secure and accessible parking throughout our visit. On the last day of our week long stay, Joann once again came to our rescue when she went above and beyond her call of duty to help us when we encountered an issue with a locked suitcase. She immediately took the initiative to speak with management and arranged for the engineering team to assist us. Their prompt and effective response truly showcased their commitment to guest satisfaction needless to say it was a huge relief to be able to get my personal belongings and cabin baggage out, so we could make it in time for our long flight. Seamless checkout with absolutely no issues only reinforced the high level of service we experienced. Every staff member we encountered was professional, courteous and genuinely invested in making our stay as pleasant as possible. In conclusion, the Hyatt Regency Morristown provided an outstanding and memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a superior stay in Morristown. Once again, special thanks to Joann and the entire team for a wonderful stay. We will be back for sure!

Excellent staff and rooms. The staff is there to assist your every need. They are friendly, courteous, always smiling, and professional. The hotel is clean and well maintained. It has a bar and food available. It's located right in the center of town. There are other restaurants, stores, and theater located in walking distance.

Your service was good. I didn't not attend the bar downstairs. I was there for my Daughter's Wedding. Your valet parking service was awesome. Overall The Hyatt is a clean beautiful hotel. Staff was friendly, professional in there job. Thank you for a great experience at the Hyatt. See you soon again

Sparely furnished rooms, lack of hospitality items, cramped and uncomfortable bathrooms. Little furniture. Very few amenities. Safety features such as grab bars and sturdy toilet seats missing. No vanities or space for cosmetics. No bath towels in bathrooms, stored in a drawer in the hall. This facility does not reflect the fine Hyatt legacy. Our stay was an annoying and expensive disappointment to us and our 16 rooms of wedding guests.

As frequent guests of this Hyatt property, we are always greeted with a warm reception. While we have other options in the area, it is front desk team of Karen, Alejandra, Jessica and Michael that has brought us back over 100 times. They treat us, and all of their guests, with a courtesy not found in most hotel. They are always a welcome sight!. Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to great restaurants.

Spacious, clean room with nice view. Comfy beds. Bathrobes upon request. Parking, in attached garage, is extra. Great central location. Although there was some construction going on next door. Will def stay again!

I stayed here for one night after attending a wedding and was really impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. The beds were comfortable (and had lights that went on underneath when you swung your feet onto the floor--a nice touch!), the bathroom was very clean, and it was the perfect place to decompress. It was also ideally located with local restaurants/cafés nearby. If I ever needed to stay in Morristown again, I would stay here!
