My family of 4 stayed in a SoCal suite for 3 night over New Years ‘24. It was delightful. Our room was comfortable and clean. We really appreciated the two bathrooms and the kids having their own space with a pullout sofa. The balcony was a fantastic place to sit and watch the surrounding grounds and people, while soaking in the fresh ocean air. Hotel staff and grounds were lovely. The ocean was rough and it rained a little bit a couple of the days, but we didn’t even care. The pools/spas/fire pits were perfect for what we wanted - relaxing. It’s an easy walk to Pacific City and Main Street HB. We will be back!

What an exceptional hotel! Incredible views and well kept grounds. Amenities galore, with a wonderful spa, pools and jacuzzi areas. Restaurants on site were incredible, all staff displayed the utmost hospitality forward mindset! Well done Hyatt!

We stayed here for a few days before our trip on Royal Caribbean. Fantastic room with Beach view in a Globalist comped Suite. The room was amazing and right across the street from the beach! We stay at Hyatt's all over the world this hotel is one of our Favorites. Great food and staff!

This is the THE place if you want everything in one place. Sun, Palm Trees, and the Beach! The beauty of the Hotel with the blue sky as the background is perfect. If you want relaxation, pools, hot tub, spa and great food do not hesitate to call and make a reservation. Get a room facing the beach and hear the water from the fountains to relax you as you are enjoying the evening or on the deck sipping your morning coffee. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely beautiful! resort! Like a tropical island getaway. Large establishment but has so many little corners to enjoy that you never feel like there are so many people around. Multiple spa pools, standard pools, fire places and right opposite the beach !

This is a large well maintained hotel with easy beach access. Staff - front desk, bell, housekeeping - very friendly, responsive and accommodating. Pool, gym and grounds are lovely, and there's even a gold fish (or Koi?) pond. While there the hotel switched out all of the gym equipment and placed new coffee makers in the room. Easy to get to from SNA and short walk to town.|Room was large and again well maintained but could use a refresh. Hotel gets a Hat Tip for reusable water bottles in each room! The only negative are the 6 separate annoying fees, taxes and assessments that account for 34% of the daily rate.

THE NOT SO GOOD: We were unhappy with our suite and requested a change. We were accommodated in a smaller suite but the room rate was not adjusted. They have a partnership with Enterprise for reserving car rentals, but we didn’t see any benefits as guests aside form being able to drop off the car at the hotel. The front desk recommended Enterprise but told us to contact them directly to make any reservations. Valet also had no idea what to do with our car once we brought it back to the hotel. Staff seems untrained. ||||THE GOOD: The spa is wonderful and the property is nice if you are OK with tons of young kids enjoying themselves and being loud! The on site dining options are great.

Great resort with heated pools....kids could enjoy the pool even in 50s weather. Wonderful location close to the mall in a very lively area. Nice rooms and helpful staff. would definitely visit again.
