Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort - Hotel in Orlando - 1 Grand Cypress Blvd, USA

As always, the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress was fantastic. Yet, it continues to get better and better. On this trip, the front desk manager (from the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendome, where I had stayed before) welcomed me back to the Hyatt and truly made me feel welcome. The stay and overall interactions truly exemplified the World of Hyatt experience and the value of being a Hyatt member. The manager and her staff exuded elegance and charm and reminded me of why I have remained loyal to Hyatt throughout the years. This property and its staff are absolutely wonderful!

The Hyatt Grand Cypress has beautiful outdoor areas including two very large lagoon-style pools and a "beach" area next to a small lake. Great for families. Some rooms have views of the park fireworks at night. It can be crowded on holiday weekends, but otherwise is very nice. I have stayed here twice.

A great place to stay while in Orlando area. We are always greeted by staff. Our first visit, the bellman gave us a history of the hotel and what was changing as far as outside amenities. We always have had a room with a great view. Nice walking paths, great pool and a dynamite restaurant.

Very convenient for conventions too. Fantastic location. Well maintained and friendly staff. Been going there 4 years in a row, can’t think I could find any better at similar rates. Great swimming pool too !

Conference stop, but oh so close to Disney. Staff was amazingly friendly, always ready with a smile at all levels from front door to cleaning and food service. It was amazing in contrast to so many places these days. Loved seeing Merlot, the hotel ambassador, a macaw who is perched in the lobby and a special guest at one of my conference receptions.

The Grand Cypress was a beautiful property. The service at our meetings was excellent and very quick! The pool was amazing and the food was delicious! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great time there! We will definitely return!

We love this resort. The room options are fantastic and having stayed in several of the suites we would highly recommend the VIP or Bi-level Suites. Most of these rooms have a great view of Disney fireworks which can make for a lovely quiet evening in. If you’re more into the activities than the rooms this property will NOT disappoint. With pedal boats, water slides, rock wall climbing, mini golf, and pools galore there’s something for everyone. The pool side bar and grill is one of the better ones in the Orlando area. The menu is not super expansive but rather simple, well done, and kid approved. Our kids love both the grilled cheese, chicken strips as well as their fruit options and smoothies. It’s a beautiful property - located in a prime location, a must try.

I was there for a conference, so I didn’t get to use much of the amenities. The food was great, gym was much more expansive than I would have expected, transportation to and from Disney was good, the grounds were well kept and beautiful, and the room and bathroom was very clean. Would absolutely visit again.
