This place is great! Friendly staff at check in, room was clean and fresh. Bathroom was spotless. Pool was cleaned the day I stayed. Breakfast was great- even eating gluten and dairy free I was able to have plenty of options. Checkout was seamless. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Positive: The rooms were actually cold. There was a woman working the front desk with purple and pink hair that was very nice and helped make the stay pleasant. Negative: Two females working the front desk were more concerned with their phones and personal calls and entertaining each other than addressing customer needs. The water pressure was poor and the shower doors were off their tracks, making showering difficult

We moved our kiddo to college, and we stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We enjoyed the hotel - the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly. The breakfast was fine - pretty standard hotel breakfast. But it kept us from going to a restaurant, so that's a win. There was also great shopping within a few minutes drive. Would highly recommend!

The girl at the front desk was super sweet, so friendly and helpful. She gave the warm greeting with smile and helped on my request. The room and the bathroom looked clean and simple. But there were a few holes on the blanket; one was a quite big hole. I stayed at the 2nd floor on Friday night and got up around 7am on Saturday due to the very noisy lawn mowing outside. It’s too early for Saturday. I could also hear the voice and sound from the neighbored rooms, including the room from the top of the ceiling. The complimentary breakfast was not bad.

I stayed here two weeks ago. Loved it so I continued booking at this hotel since I have to come back every week for clinicals. First off, the doors were extremely hard to open and close. You have to REALLY push it and pull. Second, the girls in the front desk were SUPER sweet and helpful. I was able to speak to John (Sales Manager) who gave me a discounted rate and helped me book my stay for the next couple of weeks. I woke up this morning to a baby roach or bed bug, not sure but it was crawling on my bed. Tiny bugs in the shower and freaked out. I checked out and told the girls in the front and they were disgusted for me. They were so sorry and truly understand my frustration. She told me to call John and explain my situation so I can get a refund and cancel the rest of the weeks I would be staying there. Super duper helpful and did not check me out officially so the managers can refund me and make it easier. I called John later in the day, explaining my situation and he was terribly sorry. He then proceed to downplay the bugs and said that EVERY hotel in Waco will have this problem. In addition, he said that they are having a hard time keeping the bugs away because it was summer time and the heat makes it hard. I’m waiting on the charge to drop from my bank right now. He was very short with me when I told him to cancel and that I will not be staying anymore. Horrible. Do NOT stay here. It is so nasty and the floors are sticky so I always wore my slides. Never ever again. I feel so bad for the girls in the front desk. Listen to the other reviews!!!!!

Located just off 6 / loop 340 by the Centrral TX Marketplace it's easy to get to and from. There's lots of food options nearby for lunch and dinner and a few nearby bars. Breakfast is usually good and the rooms are clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Staff is friendly and happy to help when issues arise or recommendations around town.

The air kept making noise all night waking us. The neighboring room was loud at late hour but reied call front desk but phone didn't work in room. We tried calling number on reservation and no one ever answered after a hour of trying to reach them. The breakfast was tasteless and when ask if making more oatmeal at 830am said they were not making anymore eventhough open till 10 am. The breakfast selection was plain angry bread. The management said would look into it but didn't try find a way to compensate for all the troubles if staying thier. DO NOT STAY HERE IF WANT A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP OR BREAKFAST WORTH EATING UNLESS LIKE PLAIN BREAD.

Roaches in the lobby. Lobby bathroom sink doesn't work. Emergency exit with stairwell jammed shut. Cracks in tile shower. Rooms seem redone, but still have a stuffy smell that can't be aired out. Walls pretty thin, even for chain hotel standards. All workers were exceptionally nice. I'll be looking for something else next time I'm in Waco.
