I had a fantastic one-night stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a perfect night's sleep. The pool was a great place to relax, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations with a variety of delicious options. Highly recommend for a short stay or a weekend getaway!

Breakfast and breakfast handlers are angels. The rooms are nice if you like dirty showers with strangers hairs and towels that smell used. Was given the worst panic attack of my life and absolutely humiliated myself due to Nereida talking down towards me telling me i checked out just now, when I actually paid for 2 nights, which apparently she was under Jasmine’s system that showed her a different property. I understand mix ups but I came at her with nothing but respect from the first point of interaction. Her associates next to her were no help if not even more rude.

Hyatt place has decent service, clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds, a decent breakfast. The only thing i was displeased with was the way I was greeted the following morning. My family and I had stayed as part of a business trip (I am a business owner who was looking to open a shop literally next door to Hyatt Place). My daughter and I had left to the store around 7:45am and upon returning, we went to the dining area to grab some breakfast. We were approached by staff who stated, “sir, the food is for guests only” when I had informed them I was a guest, I was then question as to which room I was in, proceeded by an inquiry of my identity, ending with a request to see my ID.

This hotel is super nice. Would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was great, staff was friendly and rooms were very nice! My only complaint is that the rooms didn't have a microwave! Hotels that are much cheaper have microwaves in them. You would think that a hotel of this caliber would include one in each room. Not Hyatt, they expect you to shair a single communal microwave on each floor. That said, this hotel is still very nice. I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Quite the nice place to stay and relax. has a bar and great breakfast before getting back on the road. We stayed at several other hotels during our road trip and this was by far the best. The greatest value for service, cleanliness and amenities. Everyone was completely satisfied!

. I stay at a lot of hotels and I have to say the room was nice, pet friendly, bed was very comfortable, shower was nice , water pressure was really nice, plenty of towels. I didn’t use the pool but I did sit out at the pool and it was very cozy. They have an exercise room. I wish the microwave would have been in my room but it was ok. I thought it was odd that we had to use the room key to get ice, but there is probably a good reason for it. We had our truck and boat trailer and had no issues with parking. They also have a full bar . They have outdoor seating and indoor seating for lounging and I thought that was nice Breakfast was awesome. The staff was busy keeping everything full and cleaning tables. I especially liked that it wasn’t next to all the other hotels down the street so it was more quiet.

Room was excellent, and well kept. My wife, daughter and I had a great time. Rafael working the front desk/bar was especially attentive and helpful. Clearly runs a tight ship and was a joy to chat with when getting a couple beers as well. Will look to stop here again soon to visit my Grandma. 5/5
