We had business in Cocoa/Port St. John and this was the perfect location. It has a great viewing room for rocket launches which we hope to use someday! Breakfast was great although it did not have waffles as advertised. They did have a variety of warm and cold foods. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had a very pleasant stay. This staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel room was clean and well-maintained. We ate dinner twice - food was simple but enjoyable. We were also able to view a space launch from Cape Canaveral. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.

We spent a lovely evening here the night before visiting the Kennedy Space Centre - the rooms was spacious and comfortable and the bar food in the evening was good. Smart TV in the room so we streamed a good film. We did not use the pool. Breakfast was adequate for what we needed.

Sweet place to watch a launch! Long overdue on this review. My family and I stayed there in June for 3 days and nights while visiting St. Augustine, Space coast and Cocoa Beach. It was a perfect location in between all 3. It has a great pool and an amazing rocket launch viewing room on the 5th? Floor. It was super cool to be amongst a group of guests including many Scientists to watch the Rocket launch. The staff worked really hard to accommodate and take care of a very unexpected full house for the long anticipated rocket launch. The maintenance guy and kitchen lady were wonderful. Would totally stay again in the area if looking for that price point and central spot. Thanks.

This has become one of my favorite hotels. The staff made sure I had fresh towels every two days and changed my sheets every four days. Very nice and polite when I was in the lobby. The breakfast is also amazing!

There has been an obvious decline in the maintenance & housekeeping of this property since our 5 night stay in 7-2023. We were to stay 6 nights this year but chose to shorten our stay due to the unkept conditions. They need to discard the wornout bed linens and towels, clean the mold from the shower, thoroughly clean toilets after each checkout, and vacuum. The common areas need vacuumed regularly for a clean appearance. The front entry area needs the glass cleaned daily for a pleasant presentation upon arrival. The staff is friendly, but needs good training & supervision.

The room was not clean. There was mold in the shower and toilet. Hallways throughout were not vacuumed. The hallway windows and the doors leading outside at the breakfast area had green algae growing due to neglect. The patio outside the breakfast room was unkept with chairs and tables upside down for the 4 days we were there. The patio was debris littered. Weeds were growing in cracks along the building at the pool area. Overall there was a lack of cleaning & maintenance. Unusual for Hyatt brand.

Stayed here 2 years in a row for bioluminescent kayaking with a group from Fort Lauderdale. The hotel is in great condition and very clean. Manuel at the from desk was super nice and accommodating and all of the staff were very friendly and nice including those I came across who were not normally client facing (maintenance etc.) Special note: the mini fridge in the room (pet peeve) was FANTASTIC. This is the first time I’ve actually had a hotel mini fridge that worked! It kept my items nice and cold and even the teeny freezer worked great. If I go back next year I will definitely stay here again
