Hyatt Place Rogers/Bentonville - Hotel in Rogers - 4610 W Walnut St, USA

The Hyatt exceeded our expectations! Check in was easy, staff was wonderful, and the free shuttle service to the Amp was GREATLY appreciated! The room was nice. The king bed was comfortable. Our teen son said that the couch was more comfortable than the pull out bed (just a fyi for anyone having kids sleep on the pull out couch- it is what it is, a typical pullout mattress). Breakfast was a typical hotel continental breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again, especially if going to the Amp!

This hotel has the most friendly and helpful employee that we have ever encountered. The front desk employees would go out of their way to make our stay awesome! The rooms were clean and large. We were traveling with teens and so we needed connecting rooms. They were so accommodating! The employees were so happy to help us whenever we needed ANYTHING. Cannot say enough good things about them. Breakfast was delicious.

The family and myself were just blown away how amazing the staff was and just was honestly hands down the best Hyatt Place we’ve stayed at. We cant to go back. We will definitely be back! The employees Will and Ren went above and beyond. Best customer service at any Hyatt I’ve stayed at.

I stay in mid tier and upper tier hotels, and this was a very solid pick. 1) the location is prime if you have a car. The walking/running trail is ~1/2 mile away and they have a shuttle that will take you up to 5 miles away. 2) the rooms are a bit tired and probably need a makeover. The bathroom was in need of a deep clean, the couches were old/stained, the beds were not great. 3) the breakfast is actually pretty good and rotates. The coffee is as weak as it can get. 4) the staff was incredibly friendly. It's worth coming here because the staff is good.

I booked the room for umpires traveling from out of town for a softball tournament. The staff was super helpful to allow me to check in and leave the room keys at the front desk for the umpires. The hotel was convenient and very clean.

From the moment we entered the lobby, we were cheerfully greeted and check-in was quick and easy. Our accommodations were clean and comfortable. The hotel provided a variety of options for breakfast.

Friendly staff. Super clean common areas and the room was like new! Nice breakfast included. Pool and workout facilities. Starbucks and a small bar on site. Easy location off the highway, and lots of dining choices are within walking distance.

My room was filthy. The plumbing fixtures were falling apart. I could not use the TV because first, the remote looked as though it had soaked in filth and dried, then when they replaced it, it was not programmed. Finally, I had bugs in my room and had to sterilize my luggage before bringing it back into my home. The manager was supposed to call me, but never did. I would like to thank Will though. When I made my issues known after settling into my room at 10PM, Will came to my room with a clean mop and a vacuum and re-cleaned.
