We had a very nice stay. We were welcomed by friendly and efficient front desk. The rooms were very clean and nicely kept. The breakfast was nice. Even though reno was going on we felt welcome and areas available to us. Good location. |We had a room on upper floor and were able to enjoy the magnificent sunrise. Look forward to staying there in the future.
We stayed for 5 days while my husband was recovering from surgery. Even though the hotel was going through a major renovation project, we were pleasantly surprised at how little it bothered us. The whole staff from morning to evening was so helpful with anything we had need of. Even the construction workers we encountered were kind and accommodating. The property was well kept and clean.
I will never stay at this hotel ever again. Sewage came up through my bathroom sink while it was off and started to overflow. Management quickly responded and put me in a new room which was smaller and filthy. The fire alarm went off at 9am and didn't go off for another thirty seconds. The meat was raw for breakfast and they provided no water. The entire building was under construction, none of which they notified their guests about. The entire stay was disgusting.
Clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed. King with pull out was enough room for 3 to 4 basketball players and an adult. Only negative was no guest laundry room. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were all incredibly helpful.
Disgusted by the toenail clippings on the carpet in front of the couch. Obviously no one vacuumed. The shower is deplorable. I don’t even want to know what is growing in there and around the glass. Dated looking. Construction in lobby. I’ve stayed at many Hyatt's. This is the worst.
Stayed here a few nights. Rooms are suites and large. The breakfast was actually amazing and the staff was super helpful! Great place!
The shower glass didn’t go all the way to the wall, I think this was by design, but still got water on the floor 🤷🏻♂️
This hotel is absolute garbage. The staff seems very upset that they have to do their jobs. This is especially true for the night staff. The breakfast was horrible and a waste of time. Even more so considering you have to wait for them since they seem to make very small batches of everything. The coffee was watered down, the hash browns and sausage were undercooked, the eggs felt like I was chewing gum and the oat milk seemed like it was from the day before.
The room lacks basic amenities like a microwave and a clean coffee machine. The coffee maker was dirty and heavily calcified. TV remote was busted, the mini fridge worked most of the time but wouldn't get cold because the door doesn't close properly. Exiting the bathroom requires you to almost get in the tub to fully open the door just to get out. What we also didn't like about the bathroom is the separation of the single sink from the bathroom. So doing things like brushing your teeth in the morning trying not to wake people up is annoying.
The second day of our visit we came back to the room the same way we left it. When we called to see if they were going to at least drop off towels they seemed offended. We were told they don't clean unless requested and if we wanted towels we would have to go to the front desk to pick them up.... And good luck finding the guy at night. Make sure to take some towels to the pool because they don't seem to care about restocking the pool towels.
Hands down the worst hotel we've stayed at. We can't wait to get out of here tomorrow. There's plenty of other options in the immediate area. Do yourself a favor and pick another one.
Had a wonderful stay including the awesome breakfast. Probably one of the best I have ever seen at a hotel. Room was neat and comfortable and all of the staff I encountered were courteous and friendly.
Had a really exceptional experience here - staff went above and beyond to help a complicated situation. Rooms were clean and modern with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, etc. Fun art on the property & ample charging outlets which was a nice t
Visiting from NV and was wanting to keep up on my training. Was welcomed by Alex and his entire team on and off the mats. Alex is a wealth of knowledge and pushes his team to become better. Although anxiously sitting in the car prior to practicing w
I was in such terrible Phoenix-traffic frustration when I came in and not only were the employees lovely, but it was infectious as if the patrons in there playing games and waiting patiently were just as kind. Everyone was friendly and complimentary
As a fitness trainer, it's been hard to find a gym I enjoy. I've tried Life Time, Mountainside, Planet Fitness, EoS, F45, and LA Fitness, to name a few. None of these gyms offered the caliber of expertise as The Pro Physiques gym. Artie is absolutely
