Hyatt Place Pasadena is a beautiful hotel that feels fresh and newly renovated. Everything was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness really stood out. The staff was wonderful—friendly and attentive throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which was perfect for my kids. They loved the eggs and fresh fruit, which was all they needed to start their day. And, of course, the coffee for the grownups was much appreciated! Overall, a fantastic stay, and we would definitely return!
The support and care behind the scenes and on the property is awesome. It's safe, very clean, quiet and the breakfast is great. I noticed there were many families as well as solo travelers. I had a great stay and will return again. Beautifully appointed, up to date, and staff is consistent, well-trained with any/all questions you might have even accounting. The parking is plentiful and convenient--centrally located.
I DON'T suggest anyone go here even if you're trying to wait to meet up with friends. They're NOT nice at all even when you just need to charge your phone because the Starbucks don't have places you can charge your phones. They only allow you in there apparently if you're staying there even if you're in town for an event. So I HIGHLY SUGGEST you don't go there. People need to realize not every is lucky enough to find a place to stay because funds might be super tight. So everyone should stock up on portable chargers.
We had a fantastic experience at Hyatt Place Pasadena. ||The property was impeccably clean, the amenities were top-notch, and the hotel is located in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to entertainment and dining options. Marie from the Sales Team and Chris from the Front Desk were exceptional professionals who provided warm and attentive service during our stay. ||Although there are many great hotels in the area, we were delighted that we chose Hyatt Place. Our stay was truly remarkable and felt like a home away from home. ||Thank you, Hyatt Place Pasadena.
Came with a party of 3 and needed 3 beds so we got the double queen with sofa bed. Also got a government rate for 3 people (room 320). Overall a good stay for the value. Pleasantly surprised the room came with included breakie- standard Hyatt breakfast buffet; carbs, non-fresh scrambled eggs LOL, sausages, decent enough to start your day of sighseeing. Even was able to snag a table for breakfast. Room itself was large, opened into the "living" area that had the sofa bed that opened into a sleeper. Nephew said he should have taken the mattress off and just slept on the floor. Queens were nice, no issues. Wifi was good, a/c ok (had to fiddle with the fan but was fine) TV with plentiful stations; fridge was welcomed. My only complaint was the bathroom was not a door but "frosted glass". Really?! Ground floor gym was enough, elipptical, 4 threadmills, free weights, stepper. Enough for me. Parking was $27 (yikes!) and they take a $75 incidental deposit at check-in. Pool was small but enough for a dip on scorching hot days. Location is great, next to the mall and walkable everywhere. For the room size and government rate, I will DEFINITELY be back.
Best hotel breakfast we have had in years -- with real knives, forks, and plates. Dinner menu is limited, but good food. Swimming pool is large enough to swim laps. Exercise room is good. Rooms are large. Great location. Garage is expensive ($27 per day). Better to park across the street. We also had trouble getting out of the garage because the assistance line did not answer.
We are extremely pleased to have chosen this hotel for our tour. The rooms are excellent and clean, with modern amenities. The breakfast buffet is of high quality and abundant. Most importantly, the staff is very friendly. Sales Manager Marie has taken care of us since day one and has always been ready to help. People like her should be everywhere. Thank you, Marie Gozon, and thank you, Hyatt Place.
We love Hyatt! Quality of rooms and service is always great. Breakfast in the morning makes it easy to get the day going w/o wondering where to go to grab a bite. Location very walkable to old town Pasadena
Wonderful service and beautiful property. Elegant, "old money" vibes! I felt so special the entire time and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Everyone was so friendly, especially Josh in PK, Kevin at the front desk, Javier the bellman, Garrett in the Tap R
This hotel was perfect for our Rose Bowl experience!
We stayed in the one bedroom and it was plenty spacious. The couch bed was the worst part of the trip, I'd give it ZERO stars if I could. But I had to sleep there with no other options. If you can,
Had a positively lovely stay here! Rooms are modern and quite comfortable. SUPER comfy pillows! It was quiet, so we got a good night's sleep. Staff are great - SUPER friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Owner/head instructor Justen Hamilton is an incredibly effective teacher and a gem of a human being. What a welcoming environment heâs created here at Modern Martial Arts.
Justen got me ready for most of my MMA fights. The victories were his as we
My first time at Stretch Lab was great. Parking was easy (and validated!) in the underground structure off Fair Oaks. The space is very nice and my stretch with Nita was terrific. She was knowledgeable, professional and gave me a great stretch.
Wow! I randomly found this place and itâs fantastic. Definitely a hidden gem. Loved the asian fish and chips but unfortunately forgot to take a pic! Everything on the menu looked amazing and I will definitely be back to try something new.
