Hyatt Place Park City - Hotel in Park City - 4377 UT-224, USA

Nice spacious room. Good breakfast and appetizers. Always hot coffee and water. Close to the ski resort.||The only issue was shuttle bus service. 5 of the 6 days we had to wait more than an hour for pick up. But when we jump into the hot tub we forgot how long we were waiting for shuttle. Overall great hotel!

We had an amazing stay. Spent 3 nights in December. Family of 4. The hotel was clean and everything was freshly updated. Hot chocolate/coffee station in the lobby were a nice touch. Breakfast was good with different options every day. We were also pleasantly surprised with the daily snacks in the lobby from 5pm to 7pm: fresh veggies, chips etc.||The only con was the glass barn-style door to the bathroom. It didn't fully lock and spilled a lot of light and sound. I am not sure why anyone would put a glass barn door leading to the bathroom.||Anyways, the hotel is very comfortable otherwise.

Highly recommend this property. Great free shuttle, plus is right on the public free shuttle service (be aware: when returning on the public shuttle, they drop you about a block away & across the street. Once you cross street, there is no sidewalk for the short walk back). Room, housekeeping, breakfast & snacks were great. Room was VERY quiet. Bed comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. We just had one maintenance problem that we felt was not addressed correctly by the maintenance team, but the front desk manager did all she could to correct the problem. They were a bit short-staffed, resulting the breakfast areas being somewhat untidy (food debris on counter-tops, coffee running out, etc). But those who were working were all doing their best. Great front desk staff.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. If you’re looking to stay in a hotel, and you are in Salt Lake City downtown, don’t hesitate and come to Park city. It is not that far away and it is much more prestige than the hotels that are offered in downtown. Everything in the Hyatt hotel was clean, the shampoo and conditioner and shower gel were top-of-the-line, we had a beautiful room overlooking the mountains, the parking lot is conveniently next to the buildings. Breakfast was delicious ! there were eggs, sausages, waffles, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, cream cheese, Starbucks, coffee, and tea. The decor is super cozy yet very modern. The staff was experienced and so welcoming. When we first arrived at night … we were offered a marshmallow kit, which was a beautiful and sweet touch , thanks to Lora and the staff!!! in a nutshell one of the best places we ever stayed at ! thank you Hyatt hotel Park city 🫶👏👏

Rooms are fine, but the hotel is very understaffed. During a busy holiday week only 2 people are running the front desk, sharing the task of running the bar, “restaurant”, and answering the phone. The staff are lovely, but spread thin. The shuttle is a disaster- one small van to take people to the ski mountain and back. Morning shuttles get booked up days in advance. Unclear pick up times. You have to call the front desk to call the driver to find out where it is and half the time the times are not accurate. I understand that the shuttle is a courtesy, but you can’t give guests wrong information and have people stranded in the cold, expecting a service.

The location of the Hyatt Place Park City is fantastic in proximity to the canyons and park city mountain. The included breakfast is great for pre-mountain and though I did not use it, there was a bus stop that goes to town as well as the mountains and a ski/snowboard rental shop in the hotel. The free parking is also a huge perk.

We had a great experience staying at the Hyatt. There is a great coffee shop next door and it is super close to the canyons parking lot for park city. They have a hot tub which was nice after snowboarding all day. The rooms were spacious.
