Hyatt Place Niagara Falls - Hotel in Niagara Falls - 310 Rainbow Blvd, USA

Room was clean and warm. Bathroom was beautiful with good water pressure. Complimentary breakfast was filling. The staff was super personable and helpful. Parking is in the garage across the street, but there's a designated level for hotel guests, and the hotel will validate your parking. The location is walkable to the falls. Great experience. I would stay again!

First room we checked into felt like it was not cleaned at all. We actually requested a new room and was told that the cleaner is better on another floor. That room was a lot better. Overall the staff was amazing and so attentive. That’s probably the only reason I would recommend this place. We did not go to the bar so no advice there. Being a Hyatt member we expected a bit more. Great location to the rainbow bridge and the fireworks show on the balcony was great every night.

This was the closest hotel to the falls on the US side. The staff was helpful with our check in times and figuring out how to park in the garage. The hotel bar was basic with a good selection of beer and basic bar food- although service was kind of slow. There was no room service, but you could call and order food from the bar and walk down to pick it up. There was a free breakfast buffet, but no waffle machine like other hotel breakfasts. There was also a self serve coffee/tea/hot cocoa station that was convenient. The pool was nice and not crowded, although it was heated it was still chilly for me. Our room was a good size, with a little lounge area. As soon as we walked in we noticed a pungent smell and sticky bathroom floors. We didn’t care enough to complain since we weren’t in the room much other than sleeping. Also, the main lounge area’s light did not work, but it wasn’t a big deal. Staff was super nice about extra towels and blankets! Great location, makes up for everything else being “mid”. Easy walk to the falls (~5 min) and quick walk to coffee shops and restaurants and a lot of gift shops! Parking garage is right across the street and only $10/day if paid through the hotel which is much cheaper than paying out of pocket! TLDR- would stay again for a quick weekend trip centered around exploring the falls!

Walking distance to the US falls. The rooms were older but not horrible. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was pleasant, especially Angelo, who checked us in at 1 am, and had the biggest smile for us after a long ride. The parking is across the street. The parking garage is older and a bit abandoned. I do not recommend going alone to leave/retrieve your car. We got to see the fireworks from our room. Which was a nice surprise.

Excellent location and service. Angelo was amazing. Rooms were nice and clean. Pool was tiny, but cute. Breakfast was okay and did its job. Literally easiest walk to the falls which makes it all worth while! Thank you for a great experience.

Wonderful staff upon check in giving intro to hotel and offering any assistance.||Great nights sleep in very clean and comfortable room. Loved the L shaped couch vs having to laying on a bed. ||Breakfast next morning had lots of choices and was great start to the day.||Indoor parking across the street was very reasonable and great to have covered parking especially when we had a snow storm that night.||Would definately stay at the Hyatt Place Niagara Falls if in the area again.

One of the main issues I encountered was the malfunctioning heating system. Despite leaving it on for hours, it failed to warm the room adequately. Additionally, it periodically emitted a disturbing gas smell, causing both discomfort and safety concerns.||||The cleanliness of the room was also below par. I discovered hair on the bed sheets and pillows, leading me to question whether they had been changed after the last guest. This concern extended to the bathroom, where the sink was covered in soap scum and hair, indicating poor cleaning practices.||||I also faced challenges in communicating with your staff. Despite using the Hyatt app’s texting feature for convenience, my messages were ignored ( to be answered more than 12 hours later). When I asked housekeeping to change the dirty bedding, I was given new sheets to change myself ( I assume there was no housekeeping on staff service at night?), an unusual request given Hyatt’s reputation. ||||Furthermore, the beds were notably uncomfortable, detracting from my overall experience. While the hotel’s location near Niagara Falls is commendable, it does not make up for these significant issues.||||On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge the breakfast service. The staff in charge of the breakfast buffet were exceptionally professional, respectful, and helpful. Also, the heating system functioned properly on the second night, which improved my comfort.||

Hotel is perfectly located directly next to the park and the Falls. Breakfast was provided and the dining room could get quite busy during popular times. The room was as expected. Service was not great -- our request for having our room cleaned daily fell on multiple deaf ears. The cleaning situation was finally resolved, but should not have taken multiple requests to several people over multiple days to address. Most (not all) of the front desk staff were clearly not interested in customer service. If this hotel were not situated where it was, would not be worth it.
