*GM- Jina Brooks… Awesome leadership!||*Housekeeping Mgr.- Bsirat Weldemichael… Awesome leader ||*Opts. Mgr.- Cory… Great leader ||*The entire Hotel Staff is Awesome!!!||My experience has truly been amazing since staying at this property! I have truly been through a lot in recent months… some personal losses in every area of my life, but I have been staying at the property for about 90 days now and my experience has been like no stay at any Hotel period! I will continue to enjoy my stay, and when finally depart… I will truly miss the excellent service and just the whole staff I will miss once I finally leave, but until then I’m going to continue to enjoy my stay!!!
Good stuff: The staff was lovely and very helpful. The location is great. The room was nice and dark and the room temperature was easy to adjust and maintain. The quick breakfast offerings were plentiful and mostly portable, which is very convenient if you're in a hurry. Not good stuff: The elevators seem rickety and have spongy floors. The hallways are not well-insulated from sound, so amorous couples beware - you will be overheard by anyone walking down the hall (unfortunately, that is not an assumption on my part). The mattress in my room was cupped on the sides with a hard mound down the center, which tells me it's well past its replacement age (it was not restful sleep). The water pressure in the shower was really low until I rotated the shower head to center, which then delivered excessive water pressure (there are only two settings - no in-between). So, great staff, great location, great breakfast, but it's not great for a good night's rest.
We stayed for 8 nights and loved this property. Staff was really good to us and the rooms were quiet and comfy. Breakfast service was much better than other hotels that offer a free breakfast. More variety etc. Saved me a trip to Starbucks every morning as the make great latte's in house at good prices. Will return!
Good resort for a short stay with family. The air conditioning unit blows air straight into the beds, so I had to arrange something to place on top of it so it wouldn't continuously blow onto us while we slept (if we turned it off, there would be no ventilation in the room). Breakfast was good and had a variety of items, yogurt, eggs, breakfast meats, cereals and oatmeal. Hotel and parking was in a very safe location.
Hotel was nice; rooms are a bit dated but were clean; need to upgrade double beds to Queens, no one has doubles anymore. Breakfast was good and hot. Overall good experience and we would stay here again.
This hotel has a GREAT staff who was very attentive to our needs. I was in the Nashville area for an operation. And things didn't go exactly as planned, which meant my wife was staying at the hotel longer than we had orginally planned. The hotel staff went out of their way to make her feel welcome and went above and beyond the call of duty. Those are things you cannot train or teach. What it means is, you hired the RIGHT people. Job Well Done.
Manager was not very considerate as we waited to pick up food from "The Placery". There was no one in the lobby, and certainly no one down there for access to the bar as we waited, but the manager felt the need to remove us from the counter area. Instead of addressing me or my family members directly to ask us to leave the bar area(for whatever their reason was behind the request, since it was not explained to us), the manager turned to my grandmother to tell me and my other family members to sit elsewhere, but said that she was allowed to stay at the counter. We are not children; in fact two of us were an adult and nearly an adult, but the manager chose to infantilize us by not even looking in our direction to tell us to wait for our food elsewhere. They did not bother to confirm whether we were minors or not before asking my grandmother to make us leave the counter. It is understandable to go to a parental guardian to address concerns of a child 10 years or younger. It is rude to treat people between the ages of 16-20 like they are small children. We were not being served any beverages. We were simply waiting there for food after a long trip. Degrading to say the least. Edit: the issue is not at all about the request to leave. It is just the way that it was handled that was poorly conducted, especially since I wasn't even sitting at the counter.
AMAZING service! The entire staff is friendly and helpful. as someone who frequently travels for work, it so nice to also look forward to my stays. They make it feel like a home away from home! Hyatt is the BEST!

I recently spent a night at the Hampton Inn in Barry Farms Crossing, Tennessee, and it was a delightful experience! From the get-go, the staff was super friendly and made check-in a breeze. The lobby was a nice, cozy spot that immediately put me at

It's very quiet for it to be as soon as you get off the interstate, and it's located around everything. The parking lot and playground were clean. The rooms were so comfortable and the beds. The only issues were the TV service and TV upgrade.
How have I not reviewed this place yet?! I've been to many, many, did I say many, breweries and I love this one. It's not huge - there's a front room with a bar, a back room and two outdoor areas in the front and back. Nor is it over the top, just
Visited for the first time on Christmas Eve and it was the best coffee I've had in a while! The two ladies working were so sweet and lovely to chat with while waiting. They suggested a gingerbread cold brew and it was fantastic. Will be coming back f

The tour was $20 and incredibly informative (it started at 2:15pm and took at least an hour), lots of dates, names and details. Great tour guide who really cares about accuracy over embellishment, much appreciated! As posted, pictures were not allow

Freedom Run Dogpark at Liberty Park is part of my daily routine. Be sure to keep your dog on a leash until inside and lock each gate as you enter and exit to keep our pets safe!
There wasn't anything about this hotel you couldn't like. The staff was wonderful. It's clean and close enough to a ton of amenities for food and shopping. We will definitely continue using this hotel for business trips and if I'm in town for other r
