Frequent solo female traveler here, who has repeatedly found this location to be amazing. The professional employees, cleanliness and quality of the rooms & amenities, in house restaurant, market area with ready to go foods, etc., make this hotel first rate. The location can’t be beat! I feel safe in the parking lot and hotel and I’m able to get quality sleep - which never happens anywhere else. My most recent stay was CMA’s Award Night and the place was packed with excited guests and party buses coming and going. The employees were outstanding checking me in while simultaneously keeping the other guests hyped up for their big night and ensuring they were boarding the correct buses. The situation would be a nightmare for most employees, but the Hyatt Place staff were efficiently professional and happy their clients were happy - which contaminated me with happiness after a long drive and being stuck in traffic for hours. My room was super quiet and I slept great that night too, which was surprising knowing the place was packed with people partying. I’ve stayed in various room types here, including one designated for disabilities. I was impressed by the space, amenities, and extra thoughtfulness in that room and bathroom that would make it a pleasant and safe stay for someone in a wheelchair or with any other special needs. To wrap this up, every time I reach this destination I get out of my car and have that “finally home” feeling that I never have anywhere else but my actual home. I highly, highly recommend Hyatt Place Nashville/Brentwood.

The hotel was reasonably clean and well maintained. Breakfast was satisfactory. I recommend more attention tables in the eating area during breakfast hours. Check-in was rather bland and not particularly welcoming ||but everyone can have an off day. Checkout was pleasant, quick and efficient.

We stayed here in april, 2023 and I have held off for 6 mos writing this review but even now i am still so upset about my experience that i must write it. We booked a handicap accessible room with pull out sofa. There is major design issue in the room in that when the pull-out sofa is open to a bed it fully blocks access to the bathroom (you can not open the bathroom door). This makes this room both a FIRE HAZARD and non ADA COMPLIANT! When I went down to the desk to express my concern, a nice young man came up to the room with me and to see if we could position the couch in a different way, the room does not allow for it to be moved at all. He offered to try to help move us to another room however all other handicap accessible rooms are exactly the same. At this point someone else at the front desk, a young woman named SYDNEY interjected. SYDNEY took a very negative and belittling tone with me asking what I would like for them to do, they can't kick someone out of any other room, and they can't solve the design problem. I said, I understand the situation but I do think that I should be treated and talked to with more respect. Her next response was the most outrageous thing I've ever heard in the service industry, she said and I quote, "WOULD YOU LIKE FOR ME TO GET DOWN ON MY KNEES AND BOW FOR YOU?" At that point I simply asked to speak to a manager who was not present at the time. Over the next 3 days I left a few messages for the manager named TYLER. He never returned my messages and I called him several days after the trip was over to discuss the situation. Not once in that phone call did he apologize for the situation or the way i was treated. He did not say he would address the situating or that he would speak to Sydney, he simply offered me a few points for my inconvenience. I told him this was unacceptable because I was so disrespected and the room was so unacceptable. I took the conversation to corporate who was absolutely horrified by the situation and how I was treated. They brought this to the local management company that oversees this hotel and several others in the area. They reached out to me and we're very polite but never truly addressed the issues or my concerns, and I found their response to be forced and INSINCERE. I travel often and have not stayed at another Hyatt since this occurred. I am obviously still extremely upset and disappointed that this happened, and that management could not offer a better remedy or a sincere apology. SYDNEY was horrible to me and the Manager Tyler dropped the ball and made the situation worse. On top of all that, please DO NOT plan on staying here with a handicapped person if you need to use either the pull-out bed or the bathroom because you can't use both! I hope the ADA and fire department investigate this place.

Nothing special, but it works. Hotel is very outdated, and you can see it in many different aspects. Some staff are good, while some seem very distant. There are definitely better hotels in the area at similar prices, so I wouldn’t come back to this one.

Hotel was Great. Very easy to check in and check out. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was good. Room was clean. Will stay again. Loved the fact that it was right across from Target and parking was free for members 😊

I heard a while ago that people put forth effort to leave reviews usually just if they had a bad experience. I've been trying to leave more positive reviews. I came here to leave one from mine and my husband's stay and saw the recent review regarding the hockey team coordinator. I was not in the lobby for the whole encounter, but for a good part of it. I had went down to inquire about an extra blanket when they were down there. Jesse had been very professional when we had checked in earlier and made us feel welcome. The group in the lobby was being very unprofessional, not listening to Jesse. And the "main" male guest was the one grossly misinterpreting what Mr. Jesse was trying to tell them. The man kept shouting "so you're saying..." and it would be nothing of the sort that the staff had said. Made up rubbish to probably get a free room. Degrading and entitled behavior. I was appalled at their behavior as guests as the hotel staff was only trying to calmly explain protocol. Due to their behavior and not wanting to add more stress to staff, I went back to my room instead of waiting. Their behavior was off putting. As someone who used to work in the service industry and deal with similar people, I feel compelled to speak up against it. The service my husband and I received was phenomenal. I initially came here to say that. The hotel maybe wasn't the nicest I've stayed in. It could benefit from some renovations. But overall it was clean and in a decent condition. Jesse took the time to answer our questions and made good conversation with my husband, who I know talks a lot during bad times. He went over the hotel menu and gave us some recommendations for nearby places. We ended up just going to waffle house across the street. Nothing fancy, but not bad for a late night meal. This was our first visit at this location. We don't go through this area much as my husband's business meetings are usually in a separate area. But should we find ourselves nearby again, we would love to book another stay. Thank you again Jesse for your patience and kindness.

While I like the Hyatt brand in general, I regretted the choice to stay at this Hyatt. The afternoon front desk clerk was rude upon check-in, and acted as though I was an unwanted guest. When I asked if I could get a different room, she said they were all taken. Yet when I looked out in the parking lot, it was 90% empty. This is also an off peak time of the year for the hotel. So, I believe she was lying. Also, the front doors that are supposed to automatically open did not work. A sign that was posted said wait for an associate to open them, yet the front desk clerk opened them maybe one or two times for guests, and then the many other times guests needed to go through that entrance they had to open the doors themselves. Meanwhile the front desk clerk sat comfortably at a nearby bar and appeared to be chatting with a boyfriend. The impression I got was that us guests were an unwanted distraction to what she really wanted to do, which was that. This is not the type of experience that members of Hyatts loyalty program sign up for. And while I do not know if the clerk I dealt with was named Sydney, but based on other reviews, I wonder if it was. (She has black hair whoever it was.)

It was just ok for a Hyatt. Seems like it should be ready for an update, seemed a little old. The breakfast included was horrible but none of those breakfast buffets seem to ever be good. A little hard to get in and out of as it sits up on a hill. Best part was leaving early in the morning so there was a beautiful sunrise. There were several good restaurants nearby to choose from and that was a plus. Would probably not stay there again unless updated.
