We stayed one night after a late night arrival from the airport, and were given a room way at the end of the first floor. The room was clean overall but definitely showed some signs of age, and we did see mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. We also were by an exit door, so we did wake up with early morning one traveler noise. But the breakfast was great with a lot of choices, and the staff was super friendly. We would stay again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Clean, friendly and comfortable. We stayed four days and never had a complaint. The food service was very good. Even though we were next to the airport and street traffic, it was quiet for sleep and relaxation.
We arrived at the hotel about 10:00 after a Bucks game. Not one single parking spots to be found. Lots of cars had piles of snow from extended. We were not told that we might have to street park. I sent my husband in to ask. He was given a piece of paper telling us to google for info (not even a website) and the name of the cross street we needed to park on. This was not an address so it was useless. We had to call the city and were told to park on the opposite side of the street because of the snow plows. It was crazy snowing. I decided this was ridiculous and ended up parking in the driveway of the hotel in front of their van. It was the best I could do. The 3rd shift told me that I had to park on the street and that they were third shift so it wasn’t their fault. I explained that this was not acceptable and I was parking on property. After some back and forth they said it was fine. It was a huge waste of 40 minutes. Room was average but too much air freshener to point of waking with a headache. Breakfast was basic. They ran out of coffee the first time I went down to grab some. Overall not a good experience.
I was very satisfied with the room - it was very clean and spacious and everything in it was working well. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a really good night's sleep - so much so that I missed 3 alarms and almost missed my ride. Would recommend this place for anyone wanting a short ride to/from Milwaukee airport and they also provide free shuttle services :)
Overnight stay on a weekday with a two queen room on the fourth floor at the end of the hall. Probably the quietest hotel room I've ever had, despite being near to ice machine and stairwell, and close to the Airport. I did not hear other guests and traffic noise was very minimal. The front desk was staffed and personnel were responsive. Beds were comfortable. There is an option to check in and out remotely, but I prefer to do it at the front desk. This location is close to the Bay View area of Milwaukee, and it's easy to jump on an off the freeway. The elevator door is a touch slow to open, but the elevator worked fine. The stairwell had fire doors, but they were easy to open and the stairs were carpeted and clean. I particularly liked the layout of the bathroom. There were dropped counter areas on each side of the sink for guests to put their toiletry bags. There was a long towel bar running across the front of the vanity, and a hanging ring on the wall, so you didn't have to lay the hand towels/wash cloths on the counter. There was a towel holder with a bar beneath at the far end of the tub/shower combo, so lots more space to hang towels than you typically see in hotels. We had plenty of clean towels in our room. There is liquid soap/shampoo/conditioner on the wall in the shower. These products were nice and had light, pleasant odors - suitable for men or women. There was plenty of counter space in the room, but the one nightstand was very cramped. I needed to put the phone on the floor to make room for a CPAP. The 4-prong outlet under the nightstand used all plug-ins but one, so bring a power strip for all your stuff you want bedside. I only wish there was an additional sink outside the bathroom to aid in two people getting ready at the same time. They told me upon check-in that they were adding a charge to my card that would be removed when I left, like an apartment deposit you get back if you don't trash the place. It was only $25 or $50 (can't remember), but it kinda bugged me.The final bill was what I expected, so they must have removed it. It as snowing pretty heavy the morning when I checked out, and I asked the front desk if they knew what the local road conditions were. They didn't. Overall, exactly what I needed and convenient to where I was going. The price was reasonable.
We stayed here because we had come up to look at a boat and had to pick up our boat broker at the airport. Room was very clean as was the whole property.. I felt like the price was reasonable and we felt like the area was safe. Room was nice and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. I would stay here again.
Room was larger than expected! Clean. Limited nightly food menu, but was very good! Check in was quick and easy. I requested to be on first floor and was given a first floor room. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
The room was old, the door deadbolt wouldn’t lock unless you lifted the door and they didn’t have curtains that closed all the way, letting light in. But the service and breakfast was top notch.
April picked me up from the airport and was super nice and welcoming.
Then, Katina and April both helped me with check in and we’re just wonderful in this space as well.

Beautiful room and views. Clean and luxurious. Close to Miller Time Theater. Walkable. Monarch Bar was absolutely stunning. Chop House for steaks and Miller Pub in same building. The room doesn't show well in my photos, but it was beautiful.
