Have stayed at this location multiple times and always enjoy the experience. The facility is in a nice location with nice restaurants within walking distance. The area is starting to get more construction around it, but is still very open for now surrounded by cornfields. Importantly, it was quiet and appears to be safe. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and checking in/out is very easy/quick. Breakfast area is clean and nice and there is a hot service everyday...although the options appear to be the same everyday or at least the 4 days I was there (eggs, potatos, sausage, french toast strips). But there are some other breakfast options as well. There is a downstairs lounge area that is nicely kept/staffed. Did not use the pool and fitness areas this time, but checked them out and they are nice and well maintained. My room was very nice/comfortable. The bed was nice and although I had a little exercise finding the right pillow arrangement, there are several (4 + 1 in closet) to work with. The only downside is that the room is not serviced everyday which is a letdown as I hate coming back to a room at the end of the day and bed is unmade, dirty cups/glasses still on sink. I don't travel as much as others, maybe this is the standard now. Room service appears to be every other day. There was not a clock in my room, but the other person I was traveling with said that he had one...this is not a big deal for me as I am reluctant to trust them anyway...use my phone. There are plugs at the nightstands, so that is nice. This is a great place to stay and would have given it a 5 except for the room service issue.
I was happy with my three day stay at the Hyatt. The room was very clean. The pool was clean. The exercise room met my needs. There was nice seating area outside by a cozy fire. When I wanted snacks, I was able to wake up at midnight and go downstairs and get my snacks. Everyone was nice. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel was always clean. I would recommend this to anyone and I will definitely stay there again.
Nice Hyatt Place- newer building. Breakfast was decent, average Hyatt Place fare. Lobby, breakfast area, and outdoor seating areas seem more spacious than other Hyatt Places. Have stayed here twice with my family- en route to travel further North.
Large, clean room. Very nice outdoor seating area with large propane fireplace. Nice workout room. Pool was decent. Quiet area. Bar in lobby was busy and bartender friendly, as was front desk man from Boston who checked us in (didnt get names). Breakfast was one of the better Hyatt bfasts we have had in awhile and the staff was friendly. Definitely would stay again
This is a really nicely done Hyatt Place, the best one we've stayed at. The rooms were large and very comfortable. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was great. Pool was fun. Fitness center could use more ellipticals and a bench press. Lobby is very comfortable. Parking is adequate. Staff was very helpful. Located in a very nice area.
I enjoyed my stay there, but my bed was so lumpy. I was quite uncomfortable for 4 days. Staff is friendly and attentive though, and it was the perfect location to where I needed to go for work.
I've stayed here twice now, and I've always enjoyed my stay. My favorite part is that they have 2 electric car chargers, which makes my stay even better! I will always choose this location over any other hotels in the area!
Happy to walk into a place to be greeted right away by friendly staff. Modern and bright atomsphere. Room very comfortable with nice bathroom. Wonderful pool, nice exercise area and outdoor fire pit for evening get togethers
The rooms were what you would expect clean and quiet. The service is what made me rate this a five-star stay. This crew was amazing. Every single member of the staff I interacted with was phenomenal. They happily made any accommodation I requested. I
We parked here and hiked the ice age trail Verona segment (6.5 miles one way). Dogs are welcomed and must be on leash. Some parts of it is quite muddy, so come prepared. Beautiful hike with changing views.
I love to bring my cat here to go for walks on the trails through the prairies. It is such a beautiful perserved prairie space. The prairie is filled with native wild flowers. There are general walking trails, mountain bike trails, a playground, socc
This is the dog park we go to when we want our dog to play with other dogs! The field is great for dogs to run around. In recent years, it seems like they've figured out how to avoid getting big mud puddles, which is a huge plus.
Place was very busy which we know why now. So we opted to sit on the patio to avoid the long wait. Very sunny and very warm which rightfully so; it's outside. Might I suggest a sunscreen at least so you can at least enjoy your time outside even if
Having just moved to the area from out of state, this park was such a gem to find. The equipment all feels very new and updated, the splash pad area is spacious and is well laid out. Super super fun!
