Hyatt Place Glendale / Los Angeles - Hotel in Glendale - 225 W Wilson Ave, USA

I come to this hotel every couple months for work. The hotel is a great spot inside the city of Downtown Glendale. A lot of restaurants and shopping to do on your free time. Indoor and outdoor malls are nice to visit. Staff is all great and always accommodating. |I did have an issue with one of the valet attendants, I believe his name is Anthony. His attitude towards me was very rude and left a sour taste in my mouth. I just didn’t want anything to do with him while I valeted my car. I can also see his attitude translate over to his colleagues as I overheard him using profanity, calling some of them the B word. He did not have any professionalism at all in my opinion. If this review can somehow reach his higher ups it would be much appreciated. The valet service is exceptional just this particular individual does not showcase professionalism in a work place.

We had a wonderful stay during August 11-16th, 2024. It has a great location way over my expectation as we are traveling overseas. Walking to distance to the famous Porto's cafe, shopping malls and The Americana. Jun at the bar was wonderful and welcoming on our first night of arrival. The free use of the kitchen is a nice surprise. The pool is rather small. It has only the capacity for 9 people.

I regularly choose this hotel because of the professionalism of the warm and friendly staff. Their #1 focus is the comfort of their guests. No request is treated trivially. The convenience of valet parking is also key. PMC definitely has a winning business model. Their valets are unfailingly professional, personable and respectful. I appreciate all the small courtesies David, Edgar & Juan extended during this stay.

What kind of hotel has NO GUEST PARKING?? They offer only valet service for THIRTY EIGHT DOLLARS. The front desk attendant said don’t worry, though, there is an unsecured unsupervised paid parking structure down a scary back alley for only TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS. Get real - I won’t be staying here again.

All the staff and the treatment at this hotel was great. From the time we arrived, at the valet service, to the day we left, workers treated us with respect and always a smile on their face. A special shout out to Juan at the Valet Service, he was supper nice helping us load our luggage in the car and opening the car doors for us. Thank you all for a great stay!!

Big rooms with plenty of space. Good location within walking distance of many spots. Valet service was quick, professional, and respectful. Edgar treated us like 5 star guests.

All of the staff at this location were so incredible! From the front desk to valet, to janitorial/cleaning staff, and kitchen/bar, everyone was SO kind. I have stayed at many hotels and this is definitely one of my favorites! I’ve never had valet help with bags before and it was really great! Joseph was so informative, kind, and helpful with unloading the car. Edgar was the absolute sweetest! He helped load the car with some pretty heavy bags and I was so grateful. Isabella and George at the front desk were exceptional! They helped with every single question/situation. All in all, i greatly enjoyed my time here!

We had a great stay here! The room was super spacious and very comfortable. Special shout out to Jeremy at the front desk and Jun over in the bar area for being so kind! 🫶🏻
