This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at! From start to finish it was wonderful! I was so warmly welcomed by Kendra, who so kindly gave me some tips on restaurants in the area. She, and the entire staff I encountered, were so wonderful! The hotel and room were very clean and the beds are SO comfortable! The breakfast was amazing! I love the Starbucks and cafe that are located in the hotel. This hotel is surrounded by restaurants and walking distance from the Cinemark! I will most definitely be back!!
The property was clean and good.. Breakfast was great.. Our only issue was that there were very, very few channels on TV to watch and we tried multiple times to connect our own apps like Netflix to the tv but were not able to do so. And, It was relatively pricey nightly stay. It would have been easier to accept if it was a little lower on the price scale but it wasn't a cheap stay.
The desk in my room was not cleaned and the shower was not clean and sanitized and there was hair on the shower curtains. My stay was for one night and I arrived very late. The bed was comfortable and satisfactory. My issue was that the desk was not clean, and I had to wipe it down. The appearance of the shower was that it had not been cleaned and there was hair on the shower curtains from a previous guest.
The rooms were a nice size with a couch, and the bathroom was pretty nice. I love the fact that hotels are upgrading the tvs to where you can cast your screen and stream your apps since most hotels don't have the best channels. They offered free breakfast and had a small bar/dinner and Starbucks area. There's a business center, gym, and lots of food and shops around.
The water coming from the sink was a little off in smell but overall great hotel. Would stay again but definitely could use softer sheets. Great breakfast lots of options. Waffles bagels muffins etc. adequate space for dining
Staff is kind and friendly. Breakfast was full of choices and yummy. Shopping and movie theater access right beside hotel and within walking distance. Loved the pillows on the bed and slept well. Very quiet at night time so can sleep soundly.
The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent and near many restaurants. I like that they don't clutter up the bathroom counter so there is room for my toiletries.
I live locally but like to get out of the house to work peacefully. This hotel has been my go to. Close to several shops and dining, within walking distance. Clean and staff is attentive. Will be staying here again.
