Hyatt Place Fayetteville / Springdale - Hotel in Fayetteville - 348 Van Asche Dr, USA

Rooms were very clean. Bathroom amenities were plentiful, in fact had full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in showers. Beds were nice and clean. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was a bit on the lacking side. Believe the eggs were powdered eggs as they retained quite a bit of water. Also the other items on the breakfast bar didn’t seem fresh like the French toast sticks and the bacon was pretty greasy as a bunch of it is cooked and left in a pan. Even with that said, breakfast was not bad, just could have been better. Juices were cold and fresh as well as milk. Plenty of choices. Overall very satisfied, will stay again if the chance ever arrives.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. First time staying at a Hyatt Place and will definitely do again. The hotel was very clean and updated. The rooms were a very good size and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts were also very good. We will definitely stay at Hyatt Place again,

Incredibly Clean & Quiet. Fantastic staff, great bar keep and decent bar/breakfast foods. Hands down the best hotel I've stayed at in the area for business. Hyatt has won me over, I'll be staying with this company from here on out. Thank you for the fantastic week in Fayetteville, see you all again in a few months!

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past, each time very pleased. We have stayed here for concerts at JJ’s live, literally just down the block, and I have stayed to see, visit, or move my kids into their dorms at the U of A (less than 10 min away) ||||Very happy. Always clean, staff are nice and helpful, seems brand new.

First time in Arkansas and the Hyatt Place made it such a great experience! Very friendly staff, huge shoutout to Olivia at the front desk who made me feel so welcomed, answered my questions, and even made sure to remember my name! 10/10 customer service!! Hotel was clean and comfortable.

Although my room was non smoking, it had a very strong smoke odor. If I had arrived earlier in the evening, I might have requested a room change, but I was too tired to deal with it at that point. Everything was exceptional.

We called the front desk to find out about closed captioning for the tv. For 30 minutes it said they were busy, so I went downstairs to find the same thing I’d seen every time we walked in or out. Front desk guys on their cell phones. No one is answering the front desk line. My husband is hard of hearing and when I asked about accessing the closed captioning, the manager popped his head around the corner (also on his cell phone) and said “I don’t Know. I don’t know what to tell you”. A while later, one of the boys from the desk came up to “help”. He had no clue how to access the CC. I have a big problem with the from desk sending guests to voicemail when they’re just sitting and staring at their phones. Bigger problem with not being able to accommodate disabled persons. We left and went to a different hotel the next day.

Wonderful Hotel. Breakfast Bar was excellent for all ages. Quiet, safe in the surrounding area. Peace of mind and parking lot was clean of debris, well lit.
