Hyatt Place Dublin/Pleasanton - Hotel in Dublin - 4950 Hacienda Dr, USA

We stayed here on a free rewards night since we were playing soccer nearby early in the morning. Decent location, clean hotel, good breakfast, $10 parking, and good sized pool. Gym is tiny, though. No weights, other than a random few of the lightest dumbbells ever that must be intended for those 80+ year olds who come to lift at their hotel gym?? Good stay overall, I'd come back.

Excellent location and very personable staff at the check in desk. The room was comfortable, and I received a room in compliance with my request. Very easy to get to other places such as stores, restaurants and the movie theater. That is, each of the places are within walking distance. Once I parked, I did not have to drive anywhere. Check in and check out was a breeze. I checked in on line, and there was no waiting in line. I only had to get my room key

Our check in was easy and fast. The staff is outstanding and very helpful!!! Let us know where we could get something to eat even though it was late. Breakfast was good. It was a little cramped in the alcove but food was good.

The hotel staff was friendly and the accommodations were nice. The bed was very soft and I appreciated having a refrigerator in the room. The area was safe enough to walk to the office and to restaurants daily.

I'd give the highest rating if the fitness room had more strength-training equipment--there were 2 treadmills, an elliptical, a stationary bike for cardio, which was great. The only other items were a set of 2lb, 3lb, and 5lb dumbbells and a Swiss ball. I had to get very creative in order to get a good workout!||Overall it was great and the staff was super friendly & accommodating. The room was spacious and nice and the location is convenient to the freeway, restaurants, stores, and the Bart station.

The room was clean, comfortable and attractive. The breakfast was very good. ||The pool was closed and we were disappoint, we intentionally look for a place with a heated pool or jacuzzi. The added fees showed up on the receipt after we booked. We were told the total price and agreed then found an added unknown fee. Also expect to pay for parking, the parking is not gated it's just parking. Expect to pay a bit more than you are told.

Convenient location for restaurants, very close to freeway and you can’t hear the freeway noise. The staff is helpful and friendly, hotel room and ||facility is clean. Great place to stay. This is definitely on the favorites list of places to stay.

We needed a nice place to stay close to the interstate for an early flight out of Oakland. This fit the bill! Beds were very comfortable as well. The staff at the front were very nice and helpful. We did not have the breakfast because we were out too early.
