We stayed here with 6 total. 3 adults 3 children: 17, 4, & 2. 2 Queen bed w/pull out & it was a good size for us all to walk around comfortably. Greeted at the door by Victoria, who gave us all such a good impression. She made us feel welcomed, happy, & not feel embarrassed to ask for anything AT ALL. We spent Christmas Eve here for my son's birthday & it was awesome of them to gift my boys some small toys for presents. The hotel itself is gorgeous & clean. We had a minor plumbing issue with the bathtub, but it was solved with us moving rooms, which we didn't mind. Breakfast was delicious with a good spread. Eggnog on point. Pool area well heated, we swam around 0930, so I think the pool just wasn't ready. We still swam & it was cold/warm, but at least not cold/cold. In all, a great experience for our family's visit to Denver. We will be staying here again when the time comes.
Everything was great! The breakfast was much better than most hotel breakfasts in my opinion, flavorful and plenty of options. Every staff member we came in contact with was so nice and friendly! The room was spacious. We will definitely stay here again if ever in Denver! Also loved that there’s so many things around the location. 10/10 recommend this hotel!
The room was very large! There is plenty of space to move around. It was clean, not stellar, but certainly adequate. I found a few bits of trash, like candy wrappers, on the floor that indicated they weren't very thorough in vacuuming. Beds were very comfortable, and the area was quiet. Breakfast had a decent selection, the hot food was ok, but not very hot. It wasn't clear what everything was for, like taco bar condiments, but no eggs or sausage, so it seemed kind of odd. Again, it served the purpose. All the staff I came into contact with were friendly and helpful. Check-in and out were both easy. The cost was reasonable for the accommodations. Parking is $5, which is an aberration from other properties I have stayed. It's a pretty large parking lot, so I'm not sure why they charge. The location is great, near restaurants, shopping and highways. I would stay here again, the benefits outweigh any negatives.
My stay was very nice. Friendly staff and good free breakfast. Healthier choices than lots of places I've stayed. Only downside was where my room was located. 123 is very close to the back door. I wanted to visit the pool, but getting back to my room was just too cold by the door. It is close to several restaurants, you can walk to many places. Malls liquor stores and restaurants.
Overall I enjoyed my stay. Two minor bits of feedback. Charging $5 per night for parking was very off-brand for Hyatt. I've never had any Hyatt Place charge that in the past. Especially in a facility with a large parking lot like this one had. It felt like a petty cash grab. Further, the breakfast was mediocre. It was not as high quality as other Hyatt Place's. It was more Fairfield Inn vs. Hyatt brand. More variety of fruit (they just had melon) as well as more overall selection of foods would be nice. There were only coffee cups which were expected to also be used for juice. It felt as if the hotel ownership is trying to provide the bare minimum to save costs. In the end, I still enjoyed my stay - and would likely return. The staff made a huge difference - everyone was very nice with smiles on their face. But the parking and breakfast was not on brand with what I've come to expect from Hyatt Place.
What a beautiful stay we had… the rooms, the complimentary breakfasts, the cleanliness, the atmosphere. I would give it a 20/10 if possible! Derrick is absolutely the star of the show here, and goes above & beyond for every single one of his guests. amazing! and primarily because of Derrick
We have stayed at this location 2 times now for a local hockey tournament. The staff is always very friendly and super helpful. It is close to everything and the rooms are nice and comfortable. Highly recommend.
We had a lovely family-friendly experience at the Hyatt Place. Upon check-in, my kids got to choose a toy/book which they were so excited about. We have never had that at a hotel. We also enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies each night. The lobby was warm and welcoming, and we felt at home at the hotel. The front desk staff was responsive to our questions and needs. The room was very clean, quite spacious (king suite), and the amenities like the sink and see through fridge were also a plus. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space for the 3 of us. Overall, this felt like a fancier hotel experience than we are used to, and we enjoyed the kid-friendly aspect. I would stay here again and highly recommend it!

The staff was super helpful and upbeat. My party played both deadwood games and enjoyed both. WARING to anyone with motion sickness I was sick playing both games. Powered through because it was fun but am still feeling the effects a few hours after.
VibeFoods makes the best smoothies and bowls in town. I love the consistency and the deliciousness of the food. I had tried other places but the flavor doesnât match vibe foods. The staffs go above and beyond each time. I also enjoy the occasional
I found this gem while shopping around nearby. I got their Thai milk tea and Tiramisu milk tea. Their hand-made boba are made fresh and chewy, you can really taste the difference compared to other stores. Definitely worth it! You can even see them ma
I've been on the hunt for a good donut shop for a while now. I moved to Castle Rock a couple of years ago & have been pretty disappointed. Donuts are so overpriced lately & adding insult to injury the donuts at those places aren't even good ð Wel
Very clean. The staff are very personable as well. We had the Thai Peanut Chicken and Royal Chicken. The sauces were spot on. The chicken was melt in your mouth tender and the veggies were cooked to absolute perfection. Still crunchy but EXPLODI

Held my baby shower here. It was a decent price compared to other places and really good size! The staff was very friendly, and they navigated around residents parking in the lot during a large event at the Cook Creek pool. They provided tables and c
The staff here are wonderful and caring. They went above and beyond with my wife and sons disabilities, being very accommodating. The selection is good for a smaller store and parts backstock keeps the shelves full majority of the time. Though smalle
